My appointment at Madly was my virgin experience at a custom jeweller’s, and it was nothing like what I expected (in a good way)! The designer assigned to me was very friendly and patient, explaining the various gemstones and the whole jewellery designing process in detail. I also love the way they assign the designing process - which starts with the budget before the gem selection and design. I also found out that Madly is the only ethically certified gem miner and sourcer in Singapore, so kudos to them!

Love that one can Bespoke a gemstone jewellery. See your own personal Jewellery creation come to live with their professionalism & within your own personal taste and budget!!! Love the decor of the place its sooo classy and I was warmly welcomed by their designer . She is very well versed and explained how they carry out the bespoke jewellery crafting process. Its really impressive that they source their gems directly from the original mines. The rarity, colour, size, cut, clarity etc of each gem is unique and exquisitely enchanting. I love both red and green gems thus she introduced me various gems of that shade. I immediately fell in love with the Red Spinel and a Blue green Tourmaline! ✨️✨️✨️ After choosing the Gems, she asked for my taste and style and begin to draw out the design for me instantly. I'm blown by how it's so finely detailed and artistically drawn. Best that it's done within the customer's budget too.

Decided that I might wanna get a little something for my birthday if the Hub allows… hahahahah~ Went to visit @madlygems recently who had the largest range of gemstones. I had a great experience there. The designers were very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I told them my preference was pink heart shaped gems, so they took out a selection of gemstones in different shades of pink. The place is lit with natural sunlight so you can have a closer look of how sparkly the gems are. You can compare indoor and outdoor since sometimes indoor lightings may not do justice to the gems. The designer did a rough sketch on the spot after understanding how I would like it to be. For myself, I like the ring to be simple so that the Gem can stand out more. So for the process, first you pick the gems that you are interested in, then according to your budget you can discuss on the design of the ring around it. I like the fact that every gem and design of the ring is unique. A whole new level of personalization. Do check them out and trust me that it's totally worth it.

In awe at the broad variety of gemstones here at Madly, I remembered gazing at those shiny nuggets like red spinels, aquamarines, watermelon tourmalines and many more. So overwhelmed with the colours, that I couldn’t decide which to pick. Fortunately, the staffs there were attentive, patient and knowledgeable, they’ve helped me settled on my favourite stone of all a wintery sapphire with a tint of blue. The designer for my ring was Libby she’s bubbly and meticulous in her work as she was able to capture the essence of all the crazy ideas I have in my mind and put it into drawings. All I’ve contributed was, confirming the chosen design and wait for the big reveal. The whole process of having a ring done was so smooth and excellent. Even on the day of the big reveal and after, I’m amazed at the quality I get for the ring and their services. Am officially a proud owner of an ethically sourced madly gem ring all thanks to the team at Madly. I’ll never forget the experience I had with you guys!!! Sweet joy 🥰

I had been looking for a jeweller to redesign a diamond ring given by my Mum and happened to chance upon Madly in IG. This started my amazing experience with Hae Min. Frankly speaking I was indecisive of what I wanted in terms of gemstone and design, but Hae Min showed great patience and guided me through the whole process to perfect the ring to meet my likes. When I unbox and saw the ring for the first time, it is more than what I have expected. A garden design with each gemstone representing the members in my family. It was a very pleasant experience as i initially wasnt sure what i was looking for. I wanted to design a piece of jewellery with a Jade stone that was passed down to me but i totally had no idea what to pair it with. Luckily Haemin and Erica was there to share the details of various stone and design. They were also patient even when i changed my mind a few times during the designing process. I wasnt sure of the combination of purple, blue with green stones all in one ring and really they amazed me with the end result! I’m so in love with my new family ring from Madly Gems, and can’t stop admiring it! It was really such an amazing experience, going down to choose the gems, then working with our talented designer to finalise the design, before finally seeing the ring in person today. I honestly don’t wear jewellery on a daily basis, but I’m definitely going to wear this gorgeous family ring as often as possible, because I love it so much! The ring looks very shiny and pretty in the photos, but it looks even better in real life. My experience at Madly was fantastic and it is incredibly satisfying to see a vague idea turn into wearable statements after many months. The process began with choosing the gems (or perhaps the gem chooses us). Cece was amazing! Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly, she made the selection process comfortable. Jialing was the visionary that helped to bring the design to life. Very lovely, and super amazed by her creation from an abstract concept. She was also very patient in discussing various ideas that I had with her professional advice, and this is something I really value. While the piece took a long time (almost six months after gem selection), it is definitely worth its weight in craftsmanship and beauty. Incredible service by the team who are super passionate at what they do! Go in with an open mind but do keep in mind your budget.

The awesome and personalised experience started with the speedy email enquiry response. From that moment, I had a great sense of confidence that Madly will be able to create a one and only piece of earrings that I have been wanting to own. Erica and Ceci were assigned to me. These two ladies are the loveliest people!! They were super patient, great listeners and most important they get what I’m looking for. Erica was able to sketch out the design and with Ceci input as well as alternate view point, three of us were able to conclude the design at the end of the consultation session. They told me that the first part of the earrings can be ready before CNY and the extension will be after. Honestly I was a little disappointed but I can totally understand the timeline. To my surprise they were able to get the entire earrings completed before CNY!! On the day of collection, I was super excited. When I opened the box … I was in disbelief … the end result was way beyond my expectations!!! One pair of earrings .. 5 different ways of wearing them. What’s even more impressive is the. 5 different ways of wearing the earrings cover the entire spectrum of casual, smart casual, formal with a touch of elegance as well as one of a kind look ❤️ Thank you Erica and Ceci for the wonderful and memorial experience I’ll be back and both of you will be my one and only choice of designers that I will go to!!
