Bought and sent in my new bracelet for length adjustment last week. I was attended by Anthony Chong when I collected the bracelet yesterday and a minor issue occurred when Anthony was trying to show us the weight of the remaining bracelet that was cut off. Some parts of the gold balls (grain size) bounced off the weighing plate and went underneath the small machine. He was being very patient and assuring through out and offered to find the remaining missing gold balls. Told us to go for dinner while he try to find them and true enough, he called me and said he found the remaining few grains of gold balls after an hr or so. Thankful for his commitments and professionalism. Kept cool and patient throughout the whole episode and would really like to compliment his effort for doing so. I would have accepted it as it is but really appreciate him going the extra miles. Thank you once again Anthony.
