This review is specifically for Mr Ray Liew, who attended to me, following an unpleasant experience dealing with live chat agents representing Taka Jewellery on Shopee. I had purchased a diamond bracelet that arrived with cloudy and dull looking stones, and could not get any helpful assistance from the live chat agents AND Shopee for 4 days straight. Decided to call the Ion branch and Ray picked up my call. He was pleasant and friendly over the phone and informed me that an exchange within the first week of in-store purchase is allowed. I rushed down later the same day and Ray checked with his manager on the spot with regards to the exchange, and the request was swiftly acceded to. He then assisted me in choosing another diamond bracelet that was near in value to the one I purchased online. Throughout the process he was incredibly patient, helpful, assuring and professional. He understood my concerns about the lacklustre bracelet I had received and made no qualms in affirming my suspicions that the stones were indeed of lower grade clarity, rather than dismissing my claims. In the end I managed to top up a little more for a beautiful bracelet that I truly love. I would strongly recommend to seek Ray’s assistance if you are keen to shop at the Ion branch. His service is on-par, if not better, than the service I get from high end jewellery stores. Also, lesson learnt: never purchase high value gemstone jewellery online, it’s definitely more worth it to see the pieces in person.

Their collections are so huge, price also good & reasonable. I hope that will get higher google rating so it wont make people confused to see / buy their collections

I was just browsing and trying to find out the difference between gold grades. The lady on duty on 10th Aug afternoon was very attentive. She make me feel like I am talking to a friend, good service from her, and would like to appreciate her :)
