Temple & Grace recently expanded to Singapore and I had the honour and privilege to be one of the first few customers. I'll sum it up really quickly, before going into details. In short: they are the real deal and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase. If you're looking at this review, GIVE THEM A SHOT. What I liked about them: - Highly detailed explanations during the consultation. They know their stuff well and convey these to you in layman terms so that you know what you are buying into. This is so underrated yet important when it comes to a first-time shopper like myself. When I eventually made my purchase, it was an empowering decision that I knew I made it on my own accord with 100% confidence. - Great tips and tricks. Other than the usual sale, they have some awesome tricks up their sleeves. During the consultation, they gave me nifty advice on how to make my special occasion even better. Pro tip: size up your ring so that it slips into the finger easily during the proposal. This is all the more useful if you have any video elements in your proposal. Once done, you can go back to them and have it resized (note that this only applies to rings that can be resized). - Going infinity and beyond. We like brands that go the extra mile but they are in a completely differently league. Due to some unforeseen circumstances (not their fault), the ring could not reach me on time. In order to meet my timeline, they undertook the massive coordination of logistics and backend nightmare and made it work for me. For that, I am eternally grateful to them. - Impeccable customer service. Friendly, helpful, judgment free zone. You name it, they have it. It's part of their DNA. Finally, a huge shoutout to Twisha and Darren. These people belong to the Tier S category for service line staff. Absolutely nothing short of perfection and awesomeness. Thank you once again for everything!
