Watch Specialist’s Clinic did an excellent job servicing two of my watches, a 2018 Tag Heuer Carrera, and a 2009 Omega Speedmaster Automatic. The Omega has a particularly complex 47 jewel chronograph movement and the price they charged was very competitive with other quotes I had received. The watches are perfectly calibrated with a manual wind action that feels brand new. In addition the cleaning and light polishing of some scratches on the Carrera were carefully done with beautiful results. Thanks again to the team for their work!

Got my 1971 Rolex OP serviced here. Rolex Authorised SC had given a quote of about S$2500... And they insisted on replacing a lot of parts that would drastically change the aesthetics of this antique watch! But the Watch Specialist did a fantastic job at less then half the price. Most other Rolex SC I spoke to wanted to replace the plexiglass as it had a scratch on it. But these guys just polished the glass and it was good as new! Overall it took about 8 weeks, a bit longer then I was hoping for.... But can live with that! Thanks guys the watch looks great!!

Very friendly people and cosy place. The service rendered was professional. The price is reasonable as well. They were able to polish my chipped bezel back to as good as new! Was very impressed. Overall a very pleasant experience. Most certainly would recommend the place and would visit again if needed.

Sent a watch for battery replacement, Willie carefully examined and explained the possible risk as the watch has a glass dome. It was replaced without any issue, and quickly.

I went here last week for a battery change for my tag heuer, which they did at an affordable price ($35) and were quick - 5 mins tops. However, when I got home I realised my watch alignment was a bit off. I returned the next week, and even though my watch was an old model and they weren't sure how to zero it it, they took it in, figured it out, and aligned it perfectly. Everyone there were super friendly and polite throughout, I'd totally recommend them – they're great folks who go the extra mile to make you happy. I'll be back for sure!

Have to repair a battery-operated watch with sentimental value but couldn't find any horologists willing to do it after an island-wide search. Finally, a neighborhood shop owner was kind enough to point me to WSC. Found it tugged away on the second level of a row of shop houses opposite my village. And within 20 mins, the watch was fixed. Impressive service and pricing. It's now my go-to place for any watch repair.

TWSC is a great and competent watchmaker! I’ve a Rolex that I just got that was running slow and decided to do an overhaul. After a few weeks, the watch came back perfect and accurate! Super happy with the service and they also did a very light polish on the watch as requested, finishing and all came out perfect! Definitely going to be my go-to watchmaker in future. Great shop. Went in with an antique pocket watch, received a very reasonable quote. Transparent about services to be performed. Received watch in a timely manner. At the time of review is mid 2020. Shop close for some time because of the pandemic. Very responsive in communication to schedule for alternative pick up date. Watch received is in good running condition, and the shop provide photos of the watch as they perform maintenance. Would come again for watch services.

Worth every bit of time to make a trip down to this establishment for their services. Staff are extremely helpful and patient, even offering alternatives, solutions and other informative tips towards watches maintenance while i was there. Most importantly, through my experience at their place i could feel the sincerity and "heart" in what they do and that's way more than what you'd find in many servicing shops around. Highly recommended to patronize if you have any issues with your watches, i took an hour to travel through and fro but i'm happy say it was worth it. I'd definitely return whenever my watches need servicing!

I was served by friendly and helpful Rebecca this morning when I went there to have battery change for my Omega watch. The battery change and cleaning were done by Chi Weng within 20 minutes. Resaonable charge of $35 for the services and battery. Very satisfied. Highly recommended. Will use this shop again. 🙂
