Placed at level 1 of the mall, it is easy to locate the store. Displaying various branded watches ranging from $100 to $6000, which we viewed during our purchase. Staff if friendly and spoke well. We completed our purchase within 30 mins and smooth transaction. Currently 20% discount offer is running on most models.

First time buying my Longines watch. Pre-order. waited for a month or so. Went there. Adjusted the bracelet. I got a pretty good discount too. Thanks for that. I can conclude one thing. If you have a watch in mind, go there and try it. If you are happy then pay the deposit and order it. You shouldn't have any issue. If you have no plan to buy just window shopping then I don't think they are that patient coz they know that you are not buying it. What they don't know is if they are nice to you, your purchase can be from them in the future. I find the lady from the watches of switzerland tampines mall is way nicer. I tried at least 6 or 7 watches and she didn't mind at all. I could be her customer in the future. She also gave discount too. I asked the same watch, Vincent Watch gave more discount $100 lesser. So you decide.

Ordered a Seiko Preage GMT 140th Anniversary Limited Edition via their online shop on a weekend, and received the product complete with box, accompanying booklet and endorsed warranty card by the 3rd business day. It's was a good experience equivalent to shopping at their original Tanjong Katong Complex outlet in the 80s. Good that they had the initiative of notifying me of the product delivery via message notification. But they'd fare better had their online portal reflect the processing status of my order in a timely manner.

A good store, a good selection of goods, efficient work of managers, and what is important - everything is reliable and honest. But there is one big problem - they do not work with individuals for delivery. I had to use Japan as a transit. And this is an extra waste of money and time.
