Shoutout to Nurse Iris who just did the quickest and most painless blood drawing I’ve ever had in my life! As someone who has “thin” capillaries which usually cause nurses to do several attempts at poking and drawing from my inner elbow (and even reverting to drawing from my hand) before filling a vial, I sat down already psyching myself out for another “ordeal”. I was really impressed by my experience today and couldn’t help but write a review! 3 vials filled, no waiting time, was in and out from dropping the referral form to blood drawing in less than 10 mins (8:30am). Thank you!

I cannot state this strongly enough - this place is the best when you need to give a blood test! I was recommended by my GP as the place that always gets the job done (so I didn't read any reviews beforehand). I am terrified of needles, blood vessels, blood itself (cannot look at the procedure without the potential of fainting) and the person who took my blood today was a literal magician, getting everything done really fast with me only feeling the insertion of the needle in the beginning. That's it! Usually at blood tests they poke me very painfully too many times without sometimes even getting any results. I did tell them prior to the test that I have poor veins, usually at blood tests they cannot get the blood, and that I might faint when I look at what they'll be doing. They switched the person who was going to take my blood and that person did the job perfectly. I am still amazed how they managed to do the (usually) impossible. Thank you so much!

Visited the clinic 4 times in the last 6 months and they have been the most painless blood tests I’ve ever had. I am extremely terrified of blood and needles. The nurses here are efficient and super skilled to do it painlessly. Pro Tip: Visit the clinic after 9.30am on weekdays to minimise waiting time.

Best blood draw ever done, and at 53, I have had my fair share. Cecilia was running the lab on her own: checking patients in, collecting payment and doing the blood draw on her own. She was professional, kind and patient. Completely painless and lots of blood taken! Thank you!
