Did my first FA detailed scan with Ms Bock and she has been such a sweetheart. So patient at answering queries, gentle with the checks, very reassuring and setting the atmosphere so comfortable for me. We had our appointment today and it was a very pleasant experience. The nurse who did the scan was very patient, professional and friendly. She explained everything to us when she was doing it. The scan took more time than expected due to our baby’s positioning, but the nurse still shown a great patience with us. She took her time and got another colleague for her help. The second nurse was also a very friendly and professional one who explained everything she was doing. Highly recommended 🥰🥰

Going for the scan was fuss free and efficient. Scan was completed within an hour with cute images of our baby provided to us.

Wonderful experience! Sonographer Fong was super patient and did a fantastic job walking us through the journey of the detailed scan. I can tell that she genuinely cares for her patient!

Thankfully my experience with them was a pleasant one. Front staff were nice and friendly and my sonographers for 13 and 20 weeks scan were experienced. Both times we didn’t have to wait long and we were scanned at the scheduled timing. Special shout out to Mdm Kereen Bok who scanned me at 20 weeks, she was very motherly and assuring.

Saw negative reviews but for me it was good experience.. our appointment was at 9.30, we reached around 9.16 and aftr finishing formalities we r called for the scan.. The person explained really v well in.detail.. They also shared the baby images via app to us. Overall good experience.
