Fantastic customer service as well as high-quality work from Laundry@DUO! We got our curtains dry-cleaned and have been extremely happy our experience! I have been using this laundry service for 3 months now and have never had a problem. Finding a good dry cleaner seems to be quite hard in this area and whilst I have noted some bad reviews, I cannot quite believe that they are referring to the same place. My trousers are always clean, the turn around time for standard service is about 3 days instead of the usual 5-7 days and the counter staff is very helpful and polite. If I have one negative comment it is to say that I think they are overstretching themselves a little by being open 7 days from 9am-9pm, hence sometimes they are not there at the expected opening time. It is a small growing business and one which I believe will learn from its mistakes.

Engaged them to dry clean clothes that were loaned for a shoot and it came back in great condition. Location is central and they offer a great deal for collection and delivery service at a reasonable price! :)
