The price list indicate have detergent and additional $1 come with softener but in actual both items are not added. I watch the entire washing process. It is really a very bad service. Do not know whether Case can help or not? Call the customer service number and the reply was not satisfy with service they can refund back the money. It is not about refund, I wasted 40mins for the wash and the reply was refund. What a joke, this type of service really suck.
