C.Finally, I found the winningest (not yet for me, though) 4-D & Toto outlet in the west.
And I was pleasantly surprised to see a very un-aunty-like (read: smiling with greetings) usher managing the queue of tottering uncle punters with the propensity to do meangingless monologues.
The counter staff members are perhaps one of the best on this side of Singapore. Really!
Very neat and tidy (no strewn betting slips) the place is a winner on its own. Now, all that remains is to see if i can be a winner, too.
