Nice looking cozy bar, dining. Together with butchery, you choose meat and wines and bring to restaurant side, then they cook and serve. Wine choices are nice and professional staffs introduce it. Meat choices are also interesting. We chose one of most popular one, butter aged Australia Wagyu beef. Service staffs are smart and kind, friendly bartenders. Good matching with stylish interior. I will come back ! Just one thing, it is complicated to understand the system for first time visitor and it’s little troublesome to go butchery side after we sit table.

Quite impressed with the simple mains we ordered- bangers & mash and prawn aglio olio. The mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth, and the sausages were firm and tasty. The prawns in the aglio olio were big, juicy and fresh, and the pasta itself was decent. The crab cakes were abit disappointing, kinda dry and nth much to scream about. But the cocktails were awesome. The bartender Xan took our order, and when we asked him for recommendations, he shared that we can actually let him know what kind of flavor profile we fancy, and he can make some cocktails tailored to our preference. We shared that we enjoyed refreshing cocktails,and didnt mind sour/sweet profiles (and that we kinda like lychee and passion fruit kind of flavor). He took our preference seriously and produced two glasses of delicious cocktails which both my gf and myself enjoyed very much. If you happen to see this, kudos Xan!!(: overall quite a nice bar place to hang out, and om definitely interested to come back and try other food!

Was seated outside so it was a little noisy whenever the bus stopped. Service and food was very good. Have to make early reservations as was told that the indoors area was fully reserved, thus we could only reserve a seat outside. Service staff is very attentive and always checking in when our water cups need refilling, whether the food was alright and when to serve the dessert. Steak was good and with fats that melt and other parts of the meat with a good chew. Both the sides that I tried today, the Irish mashed and charred brussel sprouts are well executed. Mashed potato is very smooth and brussel sprouts go very well with the chipotle mayo.

First, select meats/chops from the butchery next door, decide on our choice of done-ness, sauces... order up some drinks & sides while waiting to tuck into our cooked-to-order meal. We had an AUS & Argentinian ribeyes, followed by 2 Iberico pork racks. All the meats that we had were so juicy, must compliment their chef's skillful grilling on their Josper grill. Restaurant offers both air-conditioned and alfresco dining areas. A delicious gem in the neighbourhood.

Order your piece of meat at the butchery next door and they will cook it for you based on your requirements. The steak was cooked just right and the salad and pasta were delicious as well. Definitely recommend and will return for dinner next time.

Drinks were pretty good. Meat were good but on the high price. They do charge a cooking fee and side dish are additional charge. Interesting experience where you could choose your meat. Ambience quiet and chill.

Steak, pasta, drinks and more. This restaurant is located along the main road of Balestier. Due to COVID-19, the tables are spread out towards the Butchery. Steaks can be ordered by the weight and which cut. To decide on the cuts, you'll need to head over to the Butchery to make the order. I ordered a pasta and a mocktail. Both are affordable. The flavours in the pasta is rich with fresh seafood. It's a good place to bring along a friend to have dinner. Ideally you want to make a reservation before your arrival.

Really good and cosy steak place where you get to choose your cut and type of meat from the butchery next door and they will cook it for you for some cooking fee. There are also sides to add to your steak albeit the portion can be bigger. Finger food like truffle fries and baby squid are good. Oh and there’s happy hour 3-7pm for beers and cocktails. The ambience is really great for dates or even catch up with your friends. Location wise is not the most accessible but there’s a bus stop directly outside the restaurant.

Tochigi A3~ A5 steak is my favourite. It has a unique taste and buttery texture from the fats. Totally recommended for steak fanatics, must try! Recommended at medium rare for the best melting experience.

Beautiful simple ambience, prices are decent for the place. Food is really good, definitely 10/10. Staff aren’t very efficient, seem to not be able to handle the crowd, but you can see they’re trying their best so no real reason to minus stars.

My first time visiting the place. The lady at the meat counter happily gave us comprehensive information about different type of meat and her recommendations. Meat was delicious. We also ordered pasta and side dish and they were delicious as well. Definitely coming back when the opportunity comes!

I really like this place, I would've given it a 5-star rating if I could. The chef cooks amazing food, like it's straight from my mom's kitchen. The staff is also really friendly! I'd totally recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a meaty meal with a good price!

Lovely steak place where you get to choose your own meat, however the meat selection was rather limited. We had the Uruguay steak and the usual Australian Ribeye. Personally I preferred the Uruguay steak which had a deeper flavor. Nevertheless cosy atmosphere with good service.

OK. I have been to this butchery/restaurant/bar many times as I live nearby. So far the experience has been rather satisfactory with the exception of last visit. As you know, they have wine byob every Tuesday. Our struggle was that we requested the lamb rack to be cooked medium doneness but we received raw. I absolutely had no mood to eat when they offered to recook. Shame. They just lost one supporting customer.

Had a wonderful evening! The meat is fantastic, the homemade sauce, the Italian red wine and the spinach side dish are recommended. There was a misunderstanding about the order, we received seafood where we expected it to be something different. This was resolved neatly, compliments. The prices are a little higher but it is definitely worth it.
