I had been suffering from chronic shoulder pain for close to a decade due to poor posture and sleeping on my left side. Just weeks into my sessions with Wilbur, my pain has subsided greatly and am now able to lift heavy weights in the gym and use my left arm without intense pain. A honest and hardworking couple who genuinely help their clients. I strongly recommend this place for those who are suffering from muscle aches.

Wonderful session!!! My best friend and I are traveling from New York and we’ve been tight/sore from the long flight and sitting too many hours. As someone who periodically schedules stretch sessions, I knew I had to try this place out when traveling. 10/10 stars. My tight back and shoulders feel so so much better and this session helped me enjoy the rest of my trip. Wilbur and Jy were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. I have been having sessions with JY and Wilbur for a few months, and this is the best treatment I've ever received for my chronic lower back pain. I have seen physios and chiropractors for years, and they focussed on my problem being bone structure, but Releaf have worked on the muscle and this has been a game-changer! Not just the treatment, but explaining what the problem is and giving me exercises to do. I have to leave Sg in a few months and I just hope I can find similar myofascial release therapy back home!

Excellent experience with Wilbur. My wife and I come here once a week and it really made a difference to all the stiffness in my body. Just 1-2 sessions and the results are visible. Highly recommended if you’ve been experiencing any sort of muscle stiffness or fatigue from heavy workouts!

I have been coming for my weekly therapy say coming to 3 months and I have felt that Wilber and JY have indeed open me up quite a lot, in the sense of my flexibility and solving my frozen neck issue, giving me advise on how to correct my posture and even to how to adjust my backpack so that my everyday movement are so easy peasy. This young duo are friendly and candid and chatty Wilber do bring my thoughts away when I should be feeling the stretch.. I mean the discomfort. This place is incredible. I come to Singapore every few months, and this is usually my first stop. Quek and Lily are both very intelligent and knowledgable and take their jobs very seriously. I wish I had a Muscle Relief where i lived so i could go more often. I would give 6* if it was an option !

I had a VERY bad headache which almost landed me into the hospital once. Couldn’t even exert force or do warm ups without feeling like my head was about to explode.
