I had engaged APAC for relocating my household items from Singapore to India during the pandemic time. Right from the start Mr.Sandeep was very proactive and helpful in arranging the survey, packing , shipping and communicating the updates for shipment. All my items were neatly packaged and all of them arrived safely without any damage. The local team in India was also helpful during customs clearance and delivering the shipment. Although, the shipment took more time than expected, about a month due to Christmas peak season.

The staff was excellent; they were punctual, responsible, and showed a feeling of ownership for the personal goods /items. Everything was handled quite professionally, including packaging, signing the paperwork, moving out, and notifications of goods (status of movements). Whatever APAC Relocation promised on schedule and in commercials, they kept their word and delivered items to our US destinations. Unni Krishnan and team deserves special praise for organizing. Lilli (my local agent) was a tremendous help from the first day, providing detailed instructions on how I could minimise my customs tax, as well as constantly keeping me updated with the moving process. Their movers were also fantastic. Everything was packed in a day (in Singapore), and their agent in Taiwan was also just as efficient. Had a very good experience with Apac relocation. I had to shift the complete container for 3BHK unit. Sandeep assisted from start to end on complete process. People came on time and dealt with condo management too for packing and shifting. Shipment reached in 10 days to India from Singapore. Their other partner in Bangalore End2End also professional and helped on the custom process too swiftly. Even they helped on to reduce the duty with proper documentation. All things were safe and none of the item were broken. Its all good finally and a big relief.

I recently used APAC for my move from California to Singapore. They were excellent from start to finish. Within one day of accepting their quote, they sent their local partners to pack our belongings. They arrived on time. The packers were careful, fast and efficient. The vessel left the port on time and reached in Singapore on the exact day I was told it would arrive. The journey took 3 weeks across the Pacific. There were issues with some customs forms but APAC took care of it and the unpacking was also very swift. Everything went smoothly. The agent in charge (Anjana) promptly responded to me everytime. Will use their services again in the future.

Excellent services by APAC We have moved to UK from Singapore recently. I have evaluated 4-5 vendors before one of my friend recommended APAC. Mr. Kris visited us and there was no look back. Once, I decided to go with APAC, they took over end to end responsibilities from packing in Singapore to unpacking of big items at my house in UK. The APAC team came & packed all items in front of me. They took care of each items as I was worried about the glass items including arts & decorative items. Since, I had to vacate my house early, they took all items and kept in their warehouse for about 3-4 weeks before loaded in the ship. Even I had troubled them by sending few items in 2-3 lots which was missed by me at the first instance. They given me the lowest quotes, delivered the goods 4-5 days earlier than the committed date, not even a single item was damaged, custom clearance done in UK without any issues and delivered goods at destination based on my availability. I noticed that the APAC team is dedicated, provides frequent status updates and true professionals. They vouch for customer experience. I will use them whenever I had to relocate and will recommend to all who are looking for a partner who can make a difference with quality services.

APAC Relocation were responsive and well organised. My consignment was unusual in that I had pre-packed the items. This caused some confusion with APAC Relocation sales person. The owner manager was very quick to call and we worked through the issues. These issues would probably occur with most freight companies. If your consignment is unusual you should make extra effort to make sure APAC Relocations understands your needs. But otherwise I am a satisfied customer and have no issues.

Updated review - cons outweigh the very positive positives, resulting in 3 stars. TLDR; it took essentially 5 months for my items to arrive due to port issues in US. Experience working with APAC relocation started off great but deteriorated as months passed by. Here are the pros of working with them: - efficient initial conversation. My original account manager was Joyce. She was extremely proactive with her response and detailed. She built trust, making me comfortable with knowing she will follow through with what needed to be done prior to my move. Unfortunately she left after everything was packed. - solid quality packing. I had a few delicate items which broke which hurt my heart but know that they were delicate unfortunately. Also, a few items were mouldy. However overall, given it took basically 5 full months for my items to arrive once they were packed, I am quite pleased. The crew that came to pack at my Singapore house was very kind and efficient. Everything was packed within 2 hours! If I had the guy’s name, I would shout him out he was great. He had a mullet:) Where things took a turn 🥲: - Joyce unfortunately ended up leaving the company. So, I was assigned to a new Account Manager Anjana. She is polite definitely but not proactive as Joyce was. I don’t know if Joyce set a very high standard? But I had 99% of the time chased Anjana for updates, and ultimately had to liaise with their US partners directly for progress. Overall, she didn’t meet the standard set by Joyce but technically speaking she does what’s on the job description. -I had to pay additional fees after I moved which weren’t emphasisef in original conversations. - when things started going south, the 2 bosses of their team started blaming Joyce (OG AM) for literally everything that went wrong, an employee who had already left. I found this unprofessional. -my items took 5 months to arrive. This was def because of US port issues. HOWEVER, I received hardly any updates/reassurances despite asking multiple times to not just Anjana but her boss (Unni K) and his boss (Mr K). By month 4.5, I was getting super uneasy because this is months of me surviving out of my 3 suitcases I came with in March. This is when things took a turn and Unni K and his boss’ actions reflected APAC Relocation’s stance focusing on short term customer relationships. Here’s more or less what happened: "You waited 5 months. You can wait 1 day longer." - Unni K This company packed my items in the week of 20th March. It is currently 12 of August and they are telling me I need to pay them an additional payment to get my items. The experience has been extremely tumultuous to say the least. Throughout this time, I had to liaise with their US partners. Since the APAC relocation team seemed unwilling to accommodate my requests for periodic touch bases on the status of my shipment. Anjana (AM) ultimately connected me to someone who I believe is her a boss, Unni Krishnan. The first few calls were fluffy with no substantial follow up. Ultimately, I got emotional out of frustration due to no support from their team and he started making snide remarks over phone call and told me "you can wait 1 more day since you waited 5 months" then hung up as we were still in mid conversation. They connected me to someone called Kumar who I believe is the boss of Unni Krishnan. (I still am not clear who he is tbh). Kumar told me he would do the best he could. But his words were empty and I had to chase him for an update. The update? He's not going to do anything. I called him again to see if they could cover the additional costs based on me waiting for almost 5 months and the poor experience and at this point, emotionally traumatizing, I've received. No. He hung up on me. After this exchange, I wrote a review. Unni K sent me lengthy messages that I was personally attacking him. I felt uncomfortable.

Shipped my belongings from uk to Batam Indonesia. Everything was very straightforward and went very smoothly. They organised a uk removal company who packed and collected the goods on time. With their tracking app i was able to follow the container all the way from uk to jakarta via singapore. The agent in Jakarta arranged and transhipped the boxes to Batam where they delivered in good condition on the day promised. All this was done with me being based in Singapore and was totally painless. Excellent service all around.
