Great service! The whole team are fantastic, from start to finish. We have used classic for our pack up, storage for several months and then a move in. Everything was taking care of well, all items are perfect. Super efficient and fast. Would highly recommended

These guys were amazing in our move from Singapore to Melbourne. Incredibly prompt and helpful customer service, and the best packing we have ever seen - lots of protective cardboard around furniture, frames, pictures etc. No damage whatsoever. Even Grace (delivery partner in Australia) said it was the best packing they had ever seen. Top marks to Nur and the packing team for such a good job. We've moved internationally a few times now and these guys were a clear head and shoulders above the rest. Cannot recommend them highly enough - great people to deal with and we're very happy customers.

While the initial outreach and customer support were satisfactory, the company did not provide door-to-door service for delivering my household goods. Instead, they outsourced the delivery to another company (The Eurogroup) and handed over all responsibility to them. Unfortunately, the service from Eurogroup was poor throughout. They charged me extra for delivering the boxes to my door, claiming it was due to a walk-up instead of an elevator, even though I didn’t have a flat at the time of booking, so there was no way I could have known. Additionally, they attempted to charge an extra £75 to park their truck in front of my building, despite local parking costing less than £5. I would not recommend this service if you’re expecting true door-to-door delivery and a hassle-free moving experience.

Highly recommend Classic Moving. We used them to move from Singapore to Australia and they made the whole process from start to finish stress free. All of the staff are extremely responsive to queries and friendly. On packing day, the team were so efficient and packed all our of belongings with such care. The shipment arrived in Sydney quicker than we expected and everything was accounted for and in perfect condition. Very happy with the whole experience!

After 6 International moves, I can say I’ve dealt with issues from packing, manpower, delivery, broken items, insurance etc. But with Classic Moving, our last move from Singapore to Sydney was the smoothest and most pleasant experience ever from start to finish. Even after having our belongings stored in a storage facility with them for a little over a year in humid Singapore, and then finally being reunited with our belongings here in Sydney, there was only one cracked wine glass. I only have only good things to say about them and highly recommend them. Special call out to Dan and Riamor, thank you!

Excellent experience with Classic Moving from Singapore to Portugal with support from Bertrand and Riamor. You have to go in the detail of things to understand the pricing structure and negotiate a bit as costs may add up quickly (shuttling, parking, elevator, staircase above 1st floor) if you do not pay attention. But all we agreed was respected and the service was very professional in Singapore and Portugal. We just had to be a bit pushy in Lisbon to discuss the conditions of delivery. Unfortunately we lost all our controls (TV, apple TV) which were supposed to be in box 1 but never found them...but marginal problem...

Recently used Classic Moving for a relocation within Singapore. Dan and team were really helpful in ensuring everything was explained clearly up front regarding the plan for moving day and dropped off boxes so we could make a start on things we wanted to pack ourselves. On the packing day, Iskandar and team were very efficient with packing and communicated very effectively with what was going where. I could t believe how quickly the rooms were packed up and put away! Unfortunately, one of the light fixtures broke during the move due to an accident, however Classic were great at getting this resolved. The team resolved this really quickly and coordinated to have the fixtures replaced prior to my handover, which was much appreciated. Iskandar and team are machines! I couldn’t believe the pace at which they were able to unload the number of boxes across various floors, constantly up and down and getting things out where they needed to be! What would have taken weeks if we’d done it on our own was done in a matter of hours. Augustine, the Handyman for Classic was also extremely helpful with some items I needed doing at the house. He was knowledgeable, efficient and a really nice guy! Overall, the experience with Classic was excellent and I definitely would not hesitate to recommend others to use their services. They really take care to ensure the properties you’re moving out of and into are maintained as best as possible and that you as a client are looked after and informed throughout the process.

We had a great experience with Classic (local agent managing final delivery from international company) for our recent Australia relocation and found them to be very professional. Shidek in the head office kept me updated on progression through customs and took care of all the details with our condo managements procedures. On the day, Raj and his crew did a stellar job shuttling our 160+ items from the nearby 20ft container to our top floor apartment, protecting floors and walls, unpacking, setting up furniture and removing rubbish with speed and care.
