Elle was very patient and friendly. All the paperwork was carefully done and structured and assistance was provided where appropriate. All the way from storage viewing to storage purchase. Even though going through email wasn’t the most convenient mode of communication, all the details were informative and customer service via the staff there was prompt and supportive. Glad that I’ve found this storage unit to store my items temporarily! :)
