I have used Penguin Logistics for multiple times over the last two years. Each time I used team B (Andy) and E ( Alvin) . They are careful , plan out how to stack the furniture with properly and to fix up the divans upon arrival. Very calm and quiet in mannerisms, they made me feel more confident in the chaos of my move .

Excellent movers service...team helped to dismantle all the heavy items(King Bed, Dining Table, Day Bed) and all others luggage was packed carefully and transferred to new house..team worked whole day without taking any Lunch /Drinks break and ensured all heavy items were assembled back and fixed in the new house. I like that Penguin Logistics has a 24/7 service. I called for a quote and I was able to confirm a pick up and delivery the very next day. Communicating via WhatsApp is also a bonus. I was able to send pics of the items to be collected.

Just used their 10ft lorry delivery service. Booking was very easy where the team was responsive on WhatsApp even at late hours like 11pm. Pricing is reasonable. But I really like the speed of the delivery. Packing was efficient and very careful with handling the items. Movers were professional and completed the delivery service without delays. Used Penguin to dispose of two items on two consecutive days over a weekend. While not cheap, their rate was quite competitive. They were also able to arrange a mover for me within the next day. They were very professional and prompt in their responses, and was able to resolve issues for me very quickly and seamlessly when the movers arrived earlier than expected. 10/10 will recommend!

Initial response from team to plan the move was quick and responded to my enquiries really quickly. On the day of the move 2/5 workers could not come as they had Covid. But the 3 workers who came worked quick and completed the job within 4hours!

I contacted them last minute in the morning for the very day moving. They came here before the allocated time. They surveyed the place and the items which we need them to move. They are very careful when dismantling, packing and installing our furnitures. We thought our fridge will be a problem but they managed to move in without dismantling the doors. By the way, I have wonderful experience with your two movers, one is a skinny young chat around 21 years old. Very energetic, as well as enthusiastic. He even help my mattress mover to move them at the three-story house. The other older guy, he’s around 48 years old, very hard-working. So I would like to apply both of them for helping me to move the house to make sure that it is as smooth as possible. They are definitely experience and I enjoy the move a lot.

Arranged for moving of furniture inclusive of 3 beds and 1 double decker bed as well as other loose boxes of belongings and was assigned with two very hard workers - Andy and Jonathan - that made two trips to do two different locations. For the price value as well as the actual manual labour involved, I implore customers like myself to appreciate and be honest about our required task when engaging for such services. I had very good conversations with these workers on the ground of which detailed their painpoints that they encounter such as 1) having a long push up slope for 100metre just to enter your condo lift area just because you did not get clearance with your security guardhouse and what not. 2) Dishonest customer omitting details about a job for a maisonette or multi-story apartment. Hello, the workers are humans, too. These 'additional' charges that are required should have been detailed and inclusive of the price given when you enquire for the quotation. Blame yourself for not being honest about the job you have at hand before accusing these hard labour workers of being dishonest. One improvement could be the accuracy of time in terms of arriving for the scheduled time of appointment which I am willing to overlook.

I had to move on short notice, and most other movers were booked out 3 weeks ahead. I contacted Penguin and managed to arrange for a move 3 days ahead. They provided boxes for packing (which I was grateful for) and the movers came and professionally packed, secured, and delivered all items safely and efficiently. Prompt replies via WhatsApp to arrange appointment. After reading about punctuality issues, have specially reminded via WhatsApp on the time of disposal. However, the disposal guys still arrived 1.5 hours late. But the 2 guys were prompt and polite and completed the dismantling and disposal within 15min.

Can’t go wrong moving w them 👍🏻 Engaged their service last min bc my guy couldn’t make it and they were so efficient and responsive. They were able to help me move same day, arrived in less than an hour from when I contacted them (texted them at 16:20 and they arrived at 17:15), price is also v reasonable compared to others who quoted me 2x for last min urgency Very nice movers, esp Ramkumar, he is v friendly and smiley, helped us to move everything doorstep to doorstep even to the room rlly appreciate it!
