We used SG Pacific Mover in Feb 2024 to organize a home move within the Jurong West area from a HDB unit to another apartment. The movers were punctual , efficient (we rented three 14ft truck trips that was done in less than 4 hours) and our stuff was wrapped up and stacked up nicely, staff was generally polite and all this was at a very reasonable price when compared to other more "premium" type relocation services.

Hands down best movers we have ever hired. Our family have had our shares of bad movers in the past. Lo and behold first good impression, appointment was 12noon movers came at 11.30am. Jeffery and team total 3 staff did a quick assessment, clarified which items to move and got to work with wrapping and dismantling. Along the way Jeffery called us over to show and explained that some chips cant be avoided due to nature of dismantling the custom wardrobe and pneumatic springs from the storage bed but he will try to do his best to minimize any damage. Jeffery also explained that he will need to activate a second lorry as our items were just to big and bulky. Second lorry came within 20 minutes moved out 2pm. Arrived at new house together with 2nd lorry team completed move with no mess no fuss around 3pm. Definitely recommended trusted mover. Keep up the good work!

Highly Recommended !!! best mover ever - Andy and his whole team of colleagues !!! I just did a move recently - everything was so fast, quickly done ( from delivery of boxes/ labels & tapes to dismantling and assembling of beds, moving of furniture without any damage, cling wrapping of items etc ) . They are very reliable and turned up punctually without Any reminders to them . Moving was done in morning and in less than 4 hours in 2 separate 15ft lorries as I had to transport to 2 different locations . Charges are also very economical and competitive as compared to others more established in the industry who charge a lot more like Shalom or KNT Movers. I’m sure engaging pacific movers for my next move ! Also there are some companies who under quote you (e.g. Cubemovers) and in the end do not turn up on time or worst turn up at the end of the day ( after not responding to multiple reminder calls ) , and then eventually charge you more eventually by quoting various excuses ( e.g. bed cannot fit into lift , need to carry stairs and charge more etc ) when actually it can be done.

Was recommended this piano mover for my baby grand. My friend and I saw that they care about the quality of their moves and customer service was GOOD. Hope to use them again in the future!
