Very easy process of renting the storage space at Changi by Henry.. He made the process of viewing the place an enjoyable one. Easy to rent as well! He walked me through the most convenient way of shifting my stuff also. And He so helpful with the documentation and administration as well. Very seldom u see friendly and yet very professional people in service line. Took extra effort to explain the details, extra effort to help to book mover transport, give extra advice. I was just booking for a small storage space but I felt like I was buying a diamond or something. Kudos and Sharon who followed up with me for quite some time and Alfred's excellent service on-site. Great experience storing some sports equipment between destinations whilst on a long overseas trip, all of my queries were quickly managed by Janet both on email and over the phone, Janet also made sure I got the perfect size unit and best deal and manager Sharon was on hand to assist during my move in and out process. I like the ease of access to my stuff. There is plenty of parking space. The staff are also polite and helpful. When I did my re-contract, the staff would explain my options so that I have an informed choice. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with Janet and Sharon from 25A Changi Storhub. They are so friendly and answered every of our required needs. Although the Storhub are quite remote from city but the store guards were very friendly and always feel safe with 24/7 guarding. Would definitely recommend to my friends to this lovely affordable store warehouse.

First time I approach Storhub to enquire about their storage, i was given a guided tour of the aircon and non-aircon storage area by Sky. Very clean and spacious, well ventilated and huge trolleys available to use. Subsequently I decided to engage their services and since Sky was busy, I followed up with Evelyn, Sharon and finally with Henry to terminate the services when my house is ready for occupation. Very courteous staffs and enjoyed working with them
