Very good experience working with The Family Movers. Ken and Laarni were reactive and professionnal all along the process, from the early quote to the final delivery. We were recommended The Family Movers and we are happy to have chosen this company. Everything was well explained at the begining and the price was very competitive. Delivery was on time, all the paper work was done before hand. Thanks a lot for your hard work. We trully appreciated !

Excellent service. No damage and no fuss. Team were totally professional on the day. Coordination before hand was also great. Arrived on time and completed efficiently but wasn’t rushed. Transported fragile and art pieces.

We used Family Movers for our relocation from Singapore to the UK. From the get go, we found the service extremely professional and very customer centric. The quotation process was very well handled, the packing of all of our possessions was incredibly well done by a great team of guys, just brilliant. And all this during the Circuit Breaker and the the associated restrictions presented around social distancing. We would most definitely recommend Family Movers and will use them again for sure.

The Family Movers helped us move from Hong Kong to Singapore. Their staff in both countries were extremely helpful and professional. Prior to using Family Movers, we had a horrible experience with another company but Family Movers helped up regain our faith in good moving companies. From the day of packing, the movers were professional and quick. They wrapped everything and packed everything away with care. They assured us that our belongings would arrive safe and sound and they followed through. On the day of arrival, the movers in Singapore were exceptional. They helped bring in all the boxes and were patient and supportive. They moved the boxes where we requested and made sure everything was ok before they left. Very professional. If you need to move overseas, this is the company I would recommend! 100%

Our experience with Family Movers was overall positive. Ken was really helpful in arranging the move during a very complicated year. The team was responsive to my e-mails and queries, which I really appreciated. The packing team was courteous and easy to deal with. Nearly perfect, except we opted not to insure our thing to a high level as we were willing to take the risk that something would happen in transit or upon delivery. What I didn't expect was that some of our things wouldn't be packed properly. When our movers int he US unpacked a box of framed pictures, it was filled with shattered glass. Our framed pictures weren't bubble wrapped (which happened in every move we had ever done in Singapore over 14 years with a different moving company), and just wrapped in paper with glass fronts lying on glass. Clearly not packed well. I hope this is the only box that was packed poorly, but we won't know for a few months when we can fully move into our home. We weren't able to be in our home when the movers were packing due to COVID restrictions - I hope we do not get anymore surprises. i did inform Family Movers and they offered to extend the claims period. Of course this doesn't help us and no other compensation has been offered. Probably an "I told you so moment on their part", but I think the packing should have been done properly in the first place and wouldn't have insured it differently. The last thing we want in what has been a really hectic move during a pandemic is an insurance claims process. So in the end, what would have been a 5-star review has been knocked to a 4-star review. As an add on, Family Movers partner in the US was very good.
