I deliberately searched for long established local movers through google & narrowed down to a select few. A very long standing local mover quoted me an all-in price very much more than Yong Shen. They came at the appointed time & with around 6 workers on hand , moved things pretty fast. Also 2 trucks accompanied them. My new place has to go up 2 levels ( including the attic ) & they completed their mission without excuse or complaints. I’m pretty pleased with their performance & when the itemized bill came - it was a very competitive price. I’m glad that I have not selected the other local mover.

Great team of movers who are dependable, reliable and efficient. They make the best of their ability to accommodate specific needs during the move and despite busy schedule, also made an effort to help pick up the used boxes and items for disposal at a requested urgent timing. Highly skilled and experience mover. Strongly recommended. Most of the mover told us that my piano was not able to move down from the 2nd floor for disposal due the the narrowing of the staircase after we installed the mobile chair railing. Yong Sheng is the only one that came over and did a quick site survey w/o doing any measurement. To be honest I'm quite skeptical initially. But those guys did a marvelous job proving me wrong. They moved the piano down w/o any scratches on the wall and railing. Kudos to those guys!

I’ve contacted Yong Shen movers for my house shifting 2 weeks back. They are responsive and very patience with panicking people like me. I had so much questions since I am moving whole house of items. They answered me patiently and professionally. I remember engaging them back in 2016 for a 1 truck shifting service. Back then, they are good. Hence, I decided to engage their service again. This time their service is even better! I have to agree that their services is always above expectations. Yong Shen Team 05/04/2022 helped us with the move this whole morning (9am - 11.30am)! Very efficient and got everything done within 2 hours. Team was very organised and quick with their packing. They were also very nice to check on each item to make sure that everything was placed according to where we planned. They ensured that every item was wrapped nicely and had an experienced method to carry heavy weight items (like TV, Cabinets, safe boxes etc.) Very good, very fast, very professional and straightforward no delays. 👍🏻 Highly recommend for urgent moving of houses and items! Definitely reliable and will engage with them again in the future! ☺️

Very happy with their service. Movers are very easy going and is willing to go the extra mile. Not calculative on what things to move, help us to move some warehouse stock. We have been shifting every 2 years so have met quite a few kinds of movers. Most of them nit pick on what can move what cannot move. Enlisted their help via a friend who utilized their services, was told that they were fast, good & affordable. 1st time moving to a new place & did not expect such fast service, punctual & friendly team of staff. Had a good impression when inquiring for a quotation. Communication via WhatsApp & phone call was straightforward & easy to understand. Rental of 30 cartons is $100 & refundable if returned in good condition. When they came to deliver the cartons, they also came to check on what was to be moved. Experienced staff was kind enough to mention that I needed more cartons & required more than 1 truck or 2 trips on the day of moving. Was told to contact the office earlier if needed so we will have a smoother experience when moving out. True enough, we needed more cartons & they were able to provide 30 more, with another $100 deposit refundable, even though we had about less than a week before our actual moving date. Few days before the actual move, their main office called to confirm the time, date & number of trips required so they can arrange accordingly on their end. Actual day itself, came at exactly 9am and all was completed super quick & without any hiccups. They were very friendly & easy to communicate with. Had fun watching them work & teasing each other. We also had a long table that couldn't fit in the lift, they managed to carry it up & down the stairs without any complaints.

First house moving experience. Was completely stressed out prior to the actual day for the move. On the date of the move, the team was moving at lightning speed. Whole move took only about 1hr 45mins plus an additional drop-off point. Many large and bulky items. The whole moving experience was pleasant. A heavy load taken off from our shoulders. It was my first time moving house and now that I’ve witnessed the whole process, I’d recommend Yong Shen to all new home owners, they are fast, efficient, and most importantly, they take care of your items. My fridge was too big for them to move pass the kitchen door, they took down the door, moved the fridge and had the door drilled back in 5 minutes. It seems like they had years of experience to be able to do it so quickly. Prior to engaging Yong Shen, I did ask another well known mover for a quote, they came and quoted twice of what Yong Shen charged but the reviews weren’t as positive as Yong Shen’s. So in the end I chose Yong Shen due to many positive reviews, and in hindsight, I am really glad I made that choice. Relocating can be a stressful event for some, the first step to easing that stress would be to find a reliable mover and that would be Yong Shen.

Super fast and efficient!! Took less than 30 mins to load and unload all my stuff. One of the cheapest quotes I've found & they don't give you expensive add-ons for additional items moved on the spot. Was also able to add an extra drop-off at the last minute.
