Visited this place this afternoon to watch dvd with friends. Was facing some issues due to our cable issue. The lady supported us in Paya Lebar outlet is very helpful. Not only help us to look us to contact the technical team and support us in trying different way, extended our booking hours as well. At the end, we finally manage to watch the dvd as plan. Very pleasant and nice experience. Definately recommend this place for gathering and hangout with friends!

The place is really nice and cozy!! The TV is huge, the sofa is comfortable and there's even an air humidifier in the room. The staffs are super friendly and polite! Would definitely come back again! :)

Went to CozyPlace @ Paya Lebar twice. Both times were really great! Nyla was very nice welcoming us and seeing us off. The rooms were clean and the one on the 2nd floor was really spacious! Really love it!
