The kids had a great time at the cockpit experiencing different runways from Malaysia, Chiangmai and Dubai. Pilot Ardel was patient and intuitive, and knows how to adjust the guided experience accordingly to the relevant age groups. Kudos to Ryan who was especially high energy and passionate about all things related to aerospace and we had a wonderful time listening to his insights and the ins and out of flying. Comes Highly recommended

It's a truly valuable experience. Co-pilot Mr.Deepak exhibited great patience and friendliness, and the staff was incredibly hospitable. Look out for discounts for this place and it is a very worth it experience. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. There is also a nicely stocked Boeing store with a lot of merchandise. The flight instructor is also very nice and assists you in anything you want to do. You can also take as many pictures and videos as you want!

Excellent experience. Simulator is very good with good visuals. Gives you a very realistic feel. Many different routes are available to fly and enjoy. Very professional Trainer Pilots, to help you through your simulator flying journey. While it does not come cheap but it is a very interesting and almost a must-do experience. If you drive then park your car in Singapore Flyer car park and walk over, as the simulator is just below the Flyer. This is a Boeing 737 simulator and the cockpit is the same as the real plane.

Great flight experience! Much harder then I was expecting it to be (but your co pilot will adjust the level of help so you always get a challenge). It was fun, a bunch of take off and landings. I took the 1h flight, and the time just went by soo fast. I suggest one hour or more, not less. It takes some time before you get a hang on it.

My fiancée and I had an amazing time at Flight Experience Singapore! The Boeing 737-800 cockpit is extremely realistic, and it truly felt like I was piloting a commercial airliner. I booked the 90-Minute Experience, and got to fly in/out of the San Francisco Bay Area, Dubai, Macau, Hong Kong, Paro (Bhutan), and New York City. I had the opportunity to do difficult takeoffs and landings (Hong Kong Kai Tak and Paro, Bhutan!), perform an ILS (instrument landing system) landing at night in, perform touch-and-go maneuver, taxi to the gate, and a safely handle a sudden mid-air emergency landing. The sheer amount of flying I was able to do in 90-minutes made for a solid and highly educational experience from start to finish. I wish I had more time! Thank you so much to the efficient and welcoming staff, and to Co-pilot Hamdan for this fun and fantastic experience! Hamdan is a professional Boeing pilot (has flown 747's!) who is very fun, friendly, educative, and encouraging. Flight Experience Singapore is a definite must-do for any aviation enthusiast, whether you're a beginner or a pro!

CFI here from the PH. If you're definitely an AvGeek or a pilot, this is something you'd want to try when you're in Singapore. I booked for and hour and an hour is definitely the sweet spot because you get to try out different sorts of instrument approaches and some intense visual approaches as well while getting familiar with the cockpit. I had Captain Alwin and Captain Hamdan assist me through my experience here, really great guys with a lot of information. I was talking with both of them before and after the sim session, I wish them all the best and hoping to see them both again. When I go back to Singapore, I'm definitely going to try it out again! -JC

Booked a 90 minute session for myself and had an amazing time with instructor Deepak from British Airways. I showed up early for my experience as instructed and host Paris was kind enough to open up early so I could wait in the lounge and she provided refreshments. I went in as an aviation enthusiast with no real world pilot experience and the level of instruction Deepak provided was tailored perfectly with escalating levels of tasks to complete. He was encouraging and provided feedback that helped me feel like I was building on my skills throughout the session. He provided real world insights from his pilot career that were engaging and added meaningful color to my simulation experience. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Singapore!

We visited the Flight Experience with a group of 20 kids aged 6 to 8 years old. THey absolutely loved it. The staff is very well prepared and able to keep the kids engaged for the whole experience. Strongly recommended

(Please see update at bottom, this was a 2 star review initially but the last comments brought it to a 4 star) I am not sure this was an experience, if it was it was robotic and not enjoyable resulting in me stopping it after 10 mins and leaving. This is the second time I have done this and unfortunately this time it was 2stars at best and the first time was 5 star. After watching a 5 min how to fly video, without any explanation as to what would be happening for the experience over 90 mins, nor any hands on explanation of the flight controls we were rolling down San Francisco runway. No coaching no fun. When I inadvertently put the plane into a stall, no explanation of what that was, or the noises, constant playing with the controls by the instructor. After takeoff I was told to reduce power to 40%, almost immediately the instructor put the power back to 75% without explanation, coming into Auckland I commented I couldnt see the runway only to be told I was too low. Well surely as part of the experience it is the instructors role to not let you get into that position or if you do to help talk you out of it. Instead of trying to help or make me feel comfortable and enjoy the event the whole thing felt robotic and preprogrammed and that it was the instructors role to fiddle and not explain. I wasn’t offered what airports we would use, last time I managed to land at LCY (it was a hard landing I must admit but we got in all because I was coached by the instructor). I have taught ship simulation at a major nautical college in a state of the art mission simulator and when you get someone in there who is untrained you talk them through it, you explain everything and you give them an experience. All of this was lacking here. I will be interested to do one in another country and contrast what it would be like. Great facility, great potential but today I got an instructor who didn’t want to give me an experience. The next day: The owner contacted me and we arranged to discuss the issue. Whilst the review stands as that happened on the day. I will say the Owner’s response was very good, not defensive, empathetic and accepting that it was a bad experience. The experience of the owner and the assurances with regards to another visit would lead me to recommend this attraction basis the positive attitude of the owner and that they do strive to provide a positive experience. Great place for anyone who has a passion for aviation. I am a pilot myself and i visited to buy some aircraft models and the place didn't disapoint , they sell authentic licenced products and of great quality. Met a fellow aviator 'Alvin' who works there and he was an absolute delight to talk to. We conversed for about an hour about aviation and he helped me sort through various aviation merchandise to find the ine that suited my taste. What a great guy, he is bound to become a superb pilot one day. Summarizing , a must visit for aviation enthusiasts, the price is okay considering the quality service they provide. A message to Alvin - Happy landings and all the best for your future. Hoping to meet you in the air soon👍

Thanks for giving me experience on how to land a B737 on Kai Tak Airport. This is my second time flying on this flight simulator. So this time the instructor don't take too much time to give me briefing before flight. Located in the same building with the Singapore Flyer, itcan be accessed by MRT, nearest station is Promenade MRT, but you still need to walk few hundred meters to get here.

Experience is 5 Stars but billing is a scam. The cost is $395 for 90 minutes but I was billed $418.90. $23.70 for fees? No explanation what the fees are for. Check your bills if booking online. SCAM billing!!!

This experience was great it actually felt like I was in a pilots cockpit. First of all it’s near the Formula 1 track and it’s near the Singapore Flyer(Big Ferris wheel) when I entered the staff was very polite and welcoming, quick advice: if you wanna do this make sure to book online as it’s always full if you don’t book online, make sure to book online so you can reserve your place. Thanks! They also have some great souvenirs for you to take home if you want to buy them these souvenirs include clothing and models of planes. The price of the simulator and merch for me was a bit to pricey but it was worth it as it was probably one of the best flight simulators in Asia currently right now. I definitely would recommend for you to go!

“Amazing flying experience” Visited September 2015 If you are in Singapore, this is an absolute must if you are remotely interested in aviation/planes. We were 3 people and took a package flight, which made it much cheaper but also much more enjoyable as the three of us could choose separate airports.

As an aviator, it was wonderful to experience the realistic cockpit environment and instruction from the pilot while attempting the scenarios. For those not tried, not to miss.

Used the $100 tourism vouchers to offset so only had to fork out about $60 for the experience. Will probably not visit if I had to pay the full price. Cockpit design is realistic enough but certain elements are missing which affects the overall experience. For example, the stick shaker which causes the control column to vibrate violently during a stall is missing. Also, the trim wheels do not rotate as they would be in an actual aircraft - Reason given was small kids tend to touch them when they are moving so the wheels were switched off to mitigate that. Not sure if it’s the case in actual training simulators but visuals outside the cockpit window were far from realistic & were largely pixelated. Felt like a video game screen instead. Instructor was cordial enough but there is room for improvement.
