I’m a returned customer of TMW as they are patient and provide timely responses on enquires made on their products. I’ve bought a Yamaha P143 digital piano in April and is buying another for my niece as I find TMW pricing reasonable. Overall, thumb up for their good services and products offered.

It was a great experience from beginning to end! Went down to the showroom with the intention to buy Roland FP-30X and the staff was nice enough to inform me about the negative feedback they have been received regarding the issue with speaker and give me a heads-up on what to expect if I were to purchase it. However, I am also given the opportunities to try out other unit available at the showroom. I spent about 15min to 20min just fooling around with a wide range of different digital piano over there and ended up picking Korg LP-380U. I am so happy that the showroom exist for us to test the piano out before purchase it, otherwise I would have missed out the chances on purchasing a unit that I really loved (after all, it can be quite a huge investment for some people). Not to mention, everyone is so approachable and responsive be it the customer service team or the delivery team! The only regret is the limitation of the delivery timing they provide. Since they only provide delivery service on the weekdays during working hours, I have to take leave from work to be at home to receive the unit. I believe this can be a huge inconvenience for many working adults who does not have anyone at home to do the receiving. This could potentially turn customer away from purchasing from TMW and seek for other service provider who can fulfill their need. Hope the management can revise on this and at least come up with something for cases like this upon request. Overall, it is still a pleasant journey throughout the whole process :D

Love this Roland digital piano F701 that we have bought here, and the services they had provid! Initiating when we went to their branch at Howard Road we were actually having in mind to buy another brand. But as there was a wide range of selections there, hence my hubby decided to change his mind to consider something else. Then, after hearing our budget and preference, Felicia recommended this piano to us, which is also my 2nd choice...really loved this sleek & beautiful piano as it not only met our budget, it's matches our room deco as well, and my hubby enjoyed playing with it too. Nicely installed! And really friendly delivery person! But can be better if there’s another mover as well since it requires two person to carry the body of the keyboard to slot into the stand. The entire process from ordering to delivery including installation was a very pleasant experience. Easy to stick on my 61 keys CT-S1. But beware of the instruction saying start at sticker No. 7 for white keys. I thinks it’s typo error. 61 keys start with C2 key. Other than that it’s a good quality product.

No regrets finding TMW to learn keyboard. I'm not young and having zero knowledge on keyboard and music. Teacher Parry is knowledgeable and patient with the teaching. Really enjoy the lessons with him. He also share which keyboard and brand to get for newbie like me. In the end I choose the Casio PX-S3100. It's love at first sight. I like the sleek design and the numerous musical instruments it can be played with it. The sound quality is great. TMW's staffs are also very customer orientated. They will listen to my issue and sharing of the musical instrument that I'm interested in although I have tons of questions and patiently the staff will answer to my needs. Highly recommend TMW whether you are going to start your musical journey or for getting musical instruments from them. Thumbs up for the good works and keep it up.

Book an appointment and went down to TMW tai seng showroom. Greeted by Annie and had an hour of trying out different pianos. The friendly attitude and absolete freedom to test different piano really made the experience. Charles on the other hand communicted and arrange smooth delivery and installation. Tying up the loose cables and hooks for headphone. Great experience buying from TMW. Just 1 issue, the dust cover i bought did not fit the piano. It was too small. Wish they were a little more careful when selling it in future.

Ordered online, a Casio CT-S1 digital piano. Safely packed & arrived within 3 days. Reliable supplier, that is responsive to order placement queries & delivery schedule. The CT-S1 sounds very good & has touch sensitive keys that are very playable, more so than many digital keyboards at this pricepoint. Especially good for early learners or even advanced players that don’t need more than 61 keys & needing portability.

Great service! I made a trip to Taiseng showroom in July 20 to look at a KORG piano model (the type of piano I had in mind at that time). I was greeted by Felicia upon arrival around closing time. She was very kind, patient and helpful and also shared with me the characteristics and specifications of each piano despite the late hour. I made use of the 12.12 deal on Shopee and finally purchased the CASIO Celviano AP-470 in Black as recommended by Felicia. This piano comes in a lovely matte wood finish and gold pedals which gives it a very vintage/acoustic look and it also blends very well with the house interior. The ebony and ivory keys also offers a very luxurious feel. Highly recommend TMW if you need professional advice on piano selections. Thank you so much !

The customer service is truly exceptional. I arrived at the Tai Seng store without an appointment and they were closed for lunch. I called the number on the door to find out what time they will be open again and Felicia who answered the phone came back to attend to me immediately even though she was heading out for her lunch break so I was not left waiting. She was very friendly and patient as I tried out various digital pianos well into her lunch break. She gave excellent recommendations and even showed me how to collect Lazada vouchers for discount through their Lazada shop. I eventually got the Roland FP-90X which I am totally happy with! Went to the outlet near Tai Seng to take a look at which digital piano I'd need, had no clue how to pick but I truly appreciate the help I had from the staff there. Bought my Casio Privia PX S1000 from them via Shopee, super happy-fying experience! I love Red and they are the only ones carrying the colour. Great Product in an awesome colour. The location of the place is convenient and easy to find as it's near Tai Seng MRT Station. I was served by Felicia. From my observation, they've got a large selection of pianos. I was, however, interested in just the Yamaha P-45, as that's the digital piano that a number of reviews online say was good. Felicia took time to show me other models that are good beginner pianos and I eventually settled on the P-125 as its sound was just superb. For the price of the piano, I got the three pedals, a portable sustain pedal, the bench, and a Sony headphone. I was perspiring slightly as it was a really hot day and Felicia offered a bottle of mineral water as well. It was really thoughtful of them. The piano got delivered the following day within 24 hours. I wasn't home to accept the delivery, but my mum who was around and saw to the assembly of the stand, pedals, etc. I came home with the to a clean setup, no mess whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place.

I called Absolute Piano to enquire about Casio digital pianos on 13 June. Felicia who received my call answered all my queries professionally and patiently. I expressed my interest in Casio CT-X5000 and made certain special requests too which she readily obliged. I asked if I should place my order after 18 June to take advantage of Lazada's Mid-year Festival offer, she said Lazada does give out vouchers so it might be a better deal for me. Call Music Works on Tuesday 5pm and asked can we go down around 6pm to look at available Digital Piano for my 5 years old son. The staff was very helpful when we reached and also recommended a few digital piano that is suitable for kids who just start learning to play piano. The staff are very patient when we test around although they are closing soon, they still try to explain the features and type that are suitable and we say we want to consider first and looks for a few more pianos before we decide, the staff did not hard sell, they say that if we are interested we can buy from their online platform via Lazada, Shopee etc. In the end, after 10mins of discussion, we decided to proceed with Casio Previa PX-770 as the stand is stable and also able to last some time if my son move up the grades. Items also delivered in 2 days and my son is happily playing around.
