Excellent service by Eric from Craftsmen optical at United square. He is patient, knowledgeable and fantastic gentleman who does his best in providing the right advice. My family and I have been using the services for 2 years. Highly recommended and dependable.

Visited the store which has a wide variety of (Korean style) designs to choose from. Was served by Eric, he was not only friendly and approachable, yet informative too. He provided recommendations on frame design which suits my face shape and I eventually chose a unique pair (with a tinge of rose gold mix with peach color). He even went beyond to service my existing pair of specs (which was not bought from the shop). Price is reasonable and provided aftercare products too. Highly recommend this to anyone who require optical services, especially ladies who are looking for nice specs to wear for non makeup days !

I had broken the frame of my 3 years old spectaculars and came to Eric for repair. After Eric tested my eyesight I decided for a completely new set of spectaculars including glasses. His excellent advice helped me find a beautiful and stylish new frame among the large product assortment of high quality they have at Craftsmen Optical. With the new glasses that match perfectly with my current eyesight I am very satisfied. Eric is very professional and experienced, kind and friendly, and I will certainly come back once I will need new eyewear or service again!

Jennifer is very helpful and patient with recommendation of glasses suitable for me. She also helped my child with the glasses cum sunglasses. After a few days I went back to the shop cos my boy scratched the lense and asked if there was any cleaning solution I can use, she ended up giving him a new one! Very pleased with the level of professionalism! High recommended!
