Im enjoying a professional and comfortable session with Ivy and her staffs. They will make sure i have a pair of comfortable glasses for my work. Very detail and friendly people! Wide range of frame for me to choose and they will guide me to one that suit my face shape. Today wanted to try contact lens, their staff was very patience in guiding me to wear them and they have wide range of contact lens to choose too!

Ivy is professional and experienced in this field. She is able to understand my optical needs. I needed a pair of glasses for use in the office and Ivy recommended intermediate glasses. Ivy and team took time to show and recommend frames that would suit my face shape. I purchased a Reykjavik Eyes frame. It’s so light, i can barely feel them. Store owner, Ivy, is very friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable in the store. When it comes to choosing a frame she is very thoughtful and gives her most honest opinion on the frame you chose (if you did). Was recommended to Eye V optics by a friend. Although i was only browsing and checking out some frames, the boss Ivy was very friendly, professional and not pushy at all. She explained to me all that i need to know and i can say she is very transparent with many details and recommended me the things that i needed only and not trying to upsell anything more unlike other shops that i went to. A thoroughly positive customer experience! My dad lost his only pair of glasses this afternoon and I needed to get a replacement ASAP from somewhere nearby. Googled "spectacle shop near me" and Eye V caught my eye because it was nearby and because of their high ratings. The shop's name also intrigued me (turns out the owner's name is Ivy...Ivy, get it?). Ivy and her optometrist were patient and professional, never pushy. They even laughed at our lame jokes (not that this is a factor in a 5-star review). I would definitely recommend Eye V at Coronation Plaza to anyone looking for eyeglasses without frills and gimmicks, from folks who appreciate good humour!

I found Eye V Optics in my quest to find anti-fog lenses. I am happy I found them. Not only were they super helpful, but the new anti-fog lenses are pretty amazing. Are they perfect? No. But are they pretty darn amazing? Yes. definitely worth it.
