Shahirah is professional and patient. She helped me with a thorough eye examination and share tips on how to take care of my eyesight. The eye degree prescribed is perfect. I can see properly without feeling lightheaded. Shahirah took time to choose the frame for me. At first I chose a red frame but regretted. The next day I quickly informed them and made a appointment to choose another color. The entire team was smiley and helped me to choose another color . I'm very happy with my new Lindberg glasses. It looks nice and I can see properly far and near!!! It super comfortable too. It money well spend!! Thank you!

I had a wonderful and awesome experience at Eyecare People. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the optometrist Kiat Ming who attended to me. He was very careful and meticulous in conducting the eye test to ensure the highest level of accuracy for my new glasses. He made good recommendations to me for the frame and the type of progressive lenses I should go for. My Spec was ready as promised and the fit and vision was great. Shahirah is very helpful. I am here to get a new pair of physical glasses given my old one is broken by accident. It is very considerate of her to offer me some contact lens for my waiting days. After receiving treatment from Dr. Rosman, Ms. Olivia from Advanced Eye Clinic advised me to visit the EyecarePeople sg establishment because I had touched my eyes excessively, causing my left eye to become scratched. I had an excellent overall experience working with Kiat Meng and Shahirah. It was unknown to me when I scheduled my appointment that Shahirah worked there. I was shocked to see Shahirah greet me and shake my hand as soon as I entered the facility. This is a former pupil of mine who, up until the Covid pandemic, would come see me every Hari Raya. The fact that I am in a great place made me very happy. Even though it was my first time meeting him, Kiat Ming was incredibly cordial and engaging. Kiat Ming provided a very polished service. Using a fresh prescription in addition to the one the doctor has given me, he performed a comprehensive eye check. He demonstrated other progressive lens kinds to me that were the appropriate color for a transition lens. He provided me a reasonable price for the glasses with Lindberg frames at the conclusion. I think it looks incredibly classy on me! I'm grateful, Shahirah and Kia Ming! My day was made by you! I'll tell my friends about your clinic.

Many thanks to Shahirah and Elysse for attending to me late in the evening. My appointment was booked for 5pm in the evening and despite being the last customer of the day, I could really feel the professionalism and patience provided by the team. My eye examination was conducted by Shahirah and I have to say that's hands down the most comprehensive and customer-friendly one I've done ever. Shahirah was really detailed in her examination and carefully explaining the results in a very easy to understand manner. My thanks too to Shahirah and Elysse for their advice which was really useful to help me pick out the most suitable frame and lenses for me. I had a comfortable, friendly and professional experience at the Eyecare People where I did a comprehensive eye exam. My optometrist, Shahirah, was patient and thorough when performing the test. I appreciated that she explained the mechanics behind the various tests and was very open with sharing her knowledge. I really liked that she listened and provided tailored service/advice to me. It has been a very great experience with Elysse, having my comprehensive eye check. Also to realised my prescription were diagnosed wrongly previously, causing my eyes to be strained and tired all the time. First time experience knowing so much about eyes was indeed eye opening. Had my first detailed eye examination done at Eyecare People after 12 years of lasik. What I really love about them is their service standards and very good quality specs (super light and trendy)! Beyond only an optical shop, Eyecare People offers comprehensive eyecare services. They have equipment that are comparable to those found in hospital eye clinics. I brought my two boys here for eye tests. Their comprehensive eye examination lasted about an hour which included in-depth testing for clear distance vision, clear close vision, color vision, binocular vision, and a lot more things. Shahirah is professional and knows how to interact with small children. She can calmly handle my boys' insatiable curiosity, which would likely drive most people insane.

The most attentive and professional optometrist I’ve been to. I’ve gotten a full eye check-up from them last year and they were very patient in explaining the different steps and why it was important. and then recently I decided to order my contact lenses from them as well and it was fabulous! They were insistent in having me down for a trial fitting (which I have never been to before). Previously the optical shops I got my contact lenses from were more “transactional”, i.e. I tell them I wanna get xxx, they tell me how much and I decide if I wanna buy. However, the eyecare people truly blew me away with the trial fitting I went for. I have astigmatism and I can only imagine the kind of effort and inventory (a lot, because astig goes in steps of 10/20) they must store to be able to provide such a service. They patiently fitted different brands and types of lenses for me and their product knowledge is 👍👍! They were able to answer all the queries I had! Do you know that some lenses that is marketed as moisturising can actually be more drying?? My visit to them has always been enjoyable and I come out learning how to better care for my eyes. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good optometrist (don’t assume their prices are exorbitant, they are not!)

I would like to commend optometrist Shahirah as she was very helpful and knowledgeable during my first visit there. I wanted to put on contact lenses for the first time and had to do a contact lens fitting session. I was adviced that it was important to have a contact lens fitting to find the correct size and power for my eyes. Shahirah was also very patient in teaching me how to put on the lenses. Additionally she also informed that my current spectacles were too overpowered. She really went above and beyond!! Will visit here again!

A visit to @eyecarepeoplesg is so much more than whether your degree increased or astig worsened. Depending on your lifestyle, family health history and concerns, you go through checks on your anterior eye health (read cataract, dry eyes) and posterior eye health (optic nerve, macular degeneration) There were 2 eye lashes stuck deep under my left lids and 1 under my right eye which Sha helped me remove. I was asked to do some warm compress mask at home for the “oil blots” under my lids, and there were some staining on my cornea suggesting dry eyes… Even though these may not be big eye problems, knowing and taking steps to correct these small problems could potentially help deter infections later on. The actual eye degree check was really thorough and I know I can trust @eyecarepeoplesg to give me the most suitable lenses for my needs. Going to bring my kids during the hols for their checks too.
