J. P.This shop has very good equipment and a comfortable setting. More importantly, Chai Ching provided outstanding service. She was very patient and amazingly meticulous -- to the extent of gladly helping me project the thickness of my prospective lenses (through their software), and removing the lenses of my current glasses to weigh the frame.
I have been to 6 other shops before this, and haven't seen this level of service anywhere else.
T. Z.Have made a few specs here. Staff are very knowledgeable and patient, and they put in the extra effort to note your preferences despite having many customers. Thumbs up for the great service and that's one reason why I will continue to patronise them for a long, long time.
