Recently we went to this Lenskart shop at Hougang Mall, this young lady named Cindy (Optometrists) , she is sweet, good, friendly, patience, honest n willing n able to answer all our questions, that why we buy, hope she will keep it up always, no matter where she go, she will get Job easily. This day I went down to collect my spectacles, so coincidence Cindy is not there, so this Aunty (Optometrists) seem like no willing to service us, ask her and didn't adjust or see how we wear it, we take n go... Maybe sales is not done by her, if shop is run by her, we will not step into this shop. Overall this shop is Ok, reasonable, pls look for this Cindy when buying

I went to collect my 2 pairs of glasses on separate days.I was served on both days by Ian Ahmad & Im happy with the service rendered.He helped me to wear my Bifocal pair the correct way as its my first time wearing such lens. Always friendly & helpful during the two times I was there! Keep up the good work & more power 👏👏👏

I enquired with the friendly Chinese female staff if she can help me adjust my spectacles which was not bought from Lenskart and she was so willing and happy to help me, even advised that it was due to the nose pad that's why the glasses kept sliding down.
