I am very grateful to be under the care of eye specialist Dr Jay Siak. I sustained an eye surgery when overseas. Upon return to Singapore I was seen at the emergency department by Dr Jay Siak. His calm demeanor put me at ease. He was very skilful and meticulous was able to explain my condition and calm me down. He not only address the underlying issue but was thorough and comprehensive and gave very practical advice on how to prevent further complications and recurrence of the problem. The staff at the clinic were very professional and experienced too. Consultation fees was very reasonable. I will definitely recommmend my loved ones to be under his care. Two thumbs up!

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Jay Siak for his outstanding care when my daughter developed a painful eye infection. Even though it was 1am, Dr. Siak came down to the hospital to see her. He was meticulous, patient, and detailed in his examination, which put my mind at ease immediately. Despite the late hour, Dr. Siak took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, making sure I understood everything clearly. The medical attention he provides is top notch. 😊

Dr Loh is very thorough in his work and not only checks my eye condition but also advises me on my general health issues. He also gives honest opinions rather than exaggerate like some Drs do, and due to his experience he can diagnose my eyes' problem without doing unnecessary tests. His staff are also friendly, respectful, and efficient in carrying out the eye tests. I highly recommend this clinic.
