Everyone on the team is always friendly and professional every time I visit. They are also thorough with their assessments and follow-up care. Since my first visit a couple of years ago, this optical shop has become my primary choice for eye care!

My daughter has been making glasses from Nanyang Optical since young, they provide excellent after-sales service when she has problems with the nose pads and pad arms. Sometimes the glasses went out of shape, they took the effort to reinstate to its original condition. Although at times we feel Paiseh for troubling them, they never once let us feel Paiseh about it. Strongly Recommend their services to anyone.

Amazing customer services! My girl had some issues with her glasses and needed some help to adjust them. Despite that they were doing their closing (lights off and half the shutters down), they switched on the lights and patiently adjusted the glasses to perfection. Wow!

Had specs made at Nanyang in March 24. Attended to by Ms Li. She was very thorough in checking the eyes and even informed me that I had a "little eye cataract" - this was confirmed by the eye specialist at Tan Tock Seng when I went for a checkup some 2 weeks later. She was patient and kept checking to ensure the specs fitted me well. It's already about a month since I received this specs and I am indeed very happy with it especially the fit. Thanks Nanyang - no second thoughts about going back again later.

One staff member, Waina, was very patient and thoroughly explained all the possible options I had and the different types of lenses I could choose from. There was also a wide range of spectacle frames I could choose from at the outlet. Waina was meticulous in her explanations and I am very happy with the specs that was done here. Second time buying. The staffs are very professional, experienced & attentive. I always have problem getting a new spec fitting perfectly to my flat nose, unlevelled ear and big face shape. The staffs patiently helped me to explore diff frames, accommodate me for coming and going few times over few weeks before I can make up my mind. Carefully assessing the diff angle of how the frame should be adjusted to fit my face. Now I have specs that don’t slide down easily with oily nose or sweat, and not too tight above ear. These are the experiences and quality I may not be able to get from chain stores like Owndays (fix so many times still can’t fit perfectly, it’s either too tight or too loose). Went to this branch a few weeks ago as found they run Silhouette and Charmant brand frame. After comparing this and that finally decided Silhouette Urban LITE fullrim + Zeiss lens. The whole experience is completely fuss free, definitely deserves 5 stars. Staff here is very nice and patient, especially Ms Jeslin (if recall correctly) who received me from day one till my last visit to collect my spec. She is very kind, professional and always willing to help. Highly recommend.
