Customer service oriented. Staff explained product well and knowledgable. Bought a custom sutro and cycling gloves from them. Would definietly recommend oakley to friends. Very pleasant experience here :)

The staff is patient and helpful. I wanted to find a new pair of sunglasses that fits well for sports. I bought one that the staff recommended that was really nice but didn’t fit was well as I wanted. I changed my mind and went down to request for an exchange a few days later. The exchange was smooth and easy. I managed to find the frame that fits well and customized the frame and lens colour the way I like. Thank you for making the entire experience so enjoyable!
