A. H.We went to Queensway Shopping Centre to get our walking shoes. Chanced upon Optique Zone spectacle shop and were just looking at the Silhouette frames collection and find that they carry more designs as compared to other shops. Decided to enter the shop and try out some frame design. We were served by Jeremy.
After few tries, I decided on one design and is approved by my daughter and hubby. Overall, I’m happy with my new purchase and can’t wait to collect and wear it. All the staffs are friendly and helpful.
If you are looking to get a new spectacle, do consider paying Optique Zone shop a visit and you can enjoy their great customer service and also the many range of frames.

H.Great customer service from Ann. Not pushy in sales at all… was really patient and took great lengths to explain during the assessment of my eyesight. Got myself a pair of Oakley reading glasses and prices were reasonable. Hmmm, age is catching up.

But Jeremy, Ann and Chin were passionate in going through multiple pairs just to find the right pair for me. What I also like about their service was that they were transparent and objective. They also provided professional tips on what to look out for when selecting the right pair.

Did a quick search for recommendations and walked into Optique Zone. They were quite busy at that time but was greeted almost instantly when I stepped in.
Was there just to change lenses using back my existing frame. They provided excellent service and even did a thorough check for my degree...after collection also noted they helped to tighten my frame thou I did not change them ... reasonably priced too

However, Jasmine patiently helped me with my prescription and explained my situation. Considering that I hadn't worn glasses for a long time, she suggested that I could start with glasses slightly lower in prescription to help me adjust. I made a pair of spectacles recently from the shop and am hoppy with how the spectacles turned out. Was also made made relatively quickly too even amid the year end holiday period. Jeremy assisted me and he was patient, knowledgeable and did not upsell lens and frames that I did not need. L. O.Visited Optique Zone Queensway yesterday and requested for the staff to change my current lens to a new frame which I purchased on the spot. As it's a pair of work glasses, I only realised today that my glasses came back with so many scratches that were made during the changing process, and they were so deep and cannot be removed! Are they really opticians? This level of service is ridiculous and totally unacceptable!
Update: The store manager contacted me promptly. As it weren’t entirely clear who and what caused the issue, the matter was settled amicably. Though the initial experience wasn’t great but will improve my rating as I am happy with the high level of customer service recovery rendered subsequently.
