Agnes service is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to thoroughly explain the different options available to me and ensured I was comfortable with my choices. The eye examination was detailed and the optician made sure to address all my concerns. The selection of frames was extensive, and she helped me find the perfect pair that suited my face and style. The quality of the lenses and the precision in fitting them was top-notch. I am extremely satisfied with my new glasses, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Uncle liew is helpful, and gave me suggestions on the blue lens that I should get. He is humble. I got my new specs in 20mins within the day. Is nice. :) and uncle helped me to service my old specs, and I really appreciate that.

Mr Liew was very attentive in helping me with my new prescription glasses. He even helped to re-align my old pair of glasses so that I could keep as a spare! Recommend by my friend. Being served by Hui Ling for testing my eyes degree. Very PRO, i didn’t know my ex glasses they uses anti fatigue lens. Great reasonable price for my HIGH degree spectacles using orian home brand lens with anti blue ray. Usually my lens need 2 wks with orian this time round less than 1 wk can collect. Today serve by Agnes also another PRO showing n demo the lens hv anti blue ray. After wearing new glasses 1hr, feel some pain which Hui ling already pre warn when making and selecting the glass frame. Agnes help me adjust and gave me a pair of stoppers worry my lens too heavy in long run. Satisfy with the service. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I visited Orian last week on Friday, to make a new pair of spectacles. I was told that it would take minimally a week, as it was a special order. However, I got a message on Monday saying that it was ready for collection! I was happy because it was faster than expected. The staff Agnes, was very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!
