Best glasses shop I'd recommend to anyone in Singapore. Reasonable prices, good quality, excellent customer service. Been getting my glasses from here since 2019 and those pairs still work well. Friendly and responsible staff.

I went to Orian Anchorpoint outlet to get my new spectacle last week and I received my spec yesterday and very satisfy with the spec.I would like to thank Ms Agnes for her great service. She gave me a complimentary ear hook to prevent it from slipping and cloth for cleaning the glasses which i'm really thankful for her. She has been a great assistance and a sweet lady since I walked into the shop for first time looking for my new spectacle. Thanks Ms Agnes for the excellent service 10/10 recommended! ❤️

Auntie Anny is very helpful and enthusiastic She also seems to be very experienced I have been making specs here for a long time. $48 for a pair of specs is really very worth it I got a better lens this time at $140 crizal rock I think it’s still good

I bought an inferior pair of glasses from overseas, and the lenses kept falling out. Brought them to Mr Liew from Orion, and he immediately fixed them very nicely. And completely FOC too! I am definitely gonna get my next pair of glasses from Orion Eyewear!!!!

Got my progressive glasses done here at $198 (frames with $48 tag) + $100. Chose to topup another $100 to get lenses with a wider view. Those moving on from higher end lenses should consider topping up. At just $298 with frames and photochromic lenses, it is quite a steal. They have a huge variety of frames including higher end ones. You just need to top up accordingly. Recommended as it has a price point for everyone. Good and friendly service too although I had to make a slight levelling of my frames on my own due to my uneven nose bridge 😅

Boy I tell you, you guys should really give her a raise as her customer service is excellent! She took her time with us and took her time to go through the Optometry Examination. She explained to us in details about our results and also the the process. We are really happy with the product we receive in the end!

Went to this outlet to make a new pair of glasses. Mr Kent and Mr Liew were very friendly and helped me greatly in selecting the right lenses with UV protection. They're very knowledgeable. The wait for my glasses was quite fast as it only took roughly 40 mins to complete. They gave freebies and helped with the adjustments until the fit was perfect. Would come back again for my future glasses.

Both Mr Wong and Ms Lee served me and my family. My grandmother has dementia and they were very patient when assisting her. They were very understanding and helpful in checking her eyesight.
