Went there for my reading glasses. The service is efficient and straight to the point. Within 30 minutes, I have got my eyeglasses. Later, I needed to go back there to adjust the glasses due to my unusual computer monitors arrangement, which I forgot to mention to the optician during the earlier trip; they have patiently readjusted my glasses with the same efficiency as the earlier trip.

It was a quiet weekday. I was served by all members of the staff on duty. One helped me to pick out a pair of glasses that was not on display which I tried at another outlet. Another helped with eye check and adjustment of my current spectacles. Care was thoughtful and thorough to ensure that I could put on my specs with contacts and checking if I used a laptop or desktop to check for distance. The stellar service by Chin How was when I accidentally made payment for an incorrect amount. He voided it without any adverse reaction and was reassuring when I apologised profusely. It also felt like there was teamwork amongst the team as they called upon each other when needed.

Arrived from Causeway Pt outlet to switch broken frames that they helped to reserve. Quick and efficient service at this branch. Unfortunately there was no indication of my prescription details on my receipt which affected my insurance claims, despite the receipt having statement of "customer had an eye examination" printed on it.

Great service and good spectacles range. Update: After using the specs for some time I found some issues with the range for progressive lens. Even though the staff were very helpful and changed the lens something is still not right. I find it tiring to work and look at a computer monitor and have to change to the regular reading glasses which defeats the purpose of spending extra for a multifocal.
