I have wanted to do this review for some time but got carried away with work and life’s chores until this festive season. I want to give a shout-out of high praise to this outlet’s shining staff, optician Gideon and his colleague May Lin, for their first-class service, care, attention, and patience. Gideon (and also Tony) spent several hours to help my young daughter put on her trial contact lenses with great professionalism. I recommend any parent opting to get contact lenses for their children for the first time, to come to this Paris Miki outlet. I also bought a new pair of spectacles from them in October and that first-class service and dedication shone through. ☀️

Great team at Paris Miki Parkway. One may forget what someone may have said, but will always remember how someone made you feel. My glasses broke and I needed a new pair quickly. Had my new customised pair ready today 1 week later. My parents went earlier in the work day last week with my broken glasses to help me check what options were available. They were served by Irene and Gideon, who recommended on need for eye check and possible options for frames. This service and internal relay of information among the team were both seamless when I went down later that day. Was served by Gideon who did the eye check, was pleasantly surprised that they also do glaucoma screen now. (My last eye check was a long time ago and long overdue). Impressed by Gideon's professional advice and excellent product knowledge. He explained well at each point what each step was for so that it was easy for the layperson to understand, and recommended me options that suited my specified preferences especially among the plethora of frame options available (that to the untrained eye, pun intended, can be an overwhelming selection). He also offered an interim option to tide through the period while the new pair was made. Collected my new glasses today and was served by Shermin. Again, excellent internal relay of information within the team and good product knowledge. She immediately knew what was needed. Recommended the adjustments for a good fit based on her experience and observations, that even I didn't realise I needed (bottom of frame sitting too close to cheek). Provided specific care advice for this particular brand of frames and type of lens, eye care and availability of after care service. Thank you, Gideon, Shermin, Irene and the excellent team at Parkway. For deeply listening and knowing what I needed. It made me feel thoroughly understood, a hallmark of excellent service indeed.

Wonderful customer service. I bought two specs from here around 2 years ago and I come here once in awhile to change the nose bridge and alignment of the frame because it may become out of place after awhile. The best thing is that they do it for free and are so kind and generous. Just last week I accidentally "squashed" one of specs and the frame became bent and really out of place. I didn't think it was possible to fix it but I took a shot and visited them. To my surprise they told me it was fixable and they even did it without any extra charge. Thank you For for being really helpful and approachable. This place really has the best customer service one can ask for, would highly recommend others to visit them! :)
