As the previous 2 reviewers mentioned, this place has fantastic service. I went to their shop because I decided I needed a new pair of specs to replace a very old pair that was bought from another shop. They were very patient with me when testing my eyes and choosing a frame for a new pair of specs. I also asked if I could wipe down their frames before trying them on (because of covid-19 concerns) and they helped me wipe down the frames instead. The old specs had a recently missing nose pad when I went into their shop and I only noticed that they replaced BOTH the nose pads of my old specs long after leaving their shop - I hadn't asked them to and they didn't mention it or bill me for it! I really appreciate their small kindness. It will make the 3-day wait for my new pair of specs so much more comfortable :)
