Ms Taylor at Shirley Optical was very helpful and kind. I had my glasses made a few days ago. When i collected it after 2 days, it was not good, think i chose a wrong frame. Ms Taylor immediately offered to change the frame for me and without charge. she took the trouble to look for one that ensured no charge involved. She then have it changed within a day. and this time, it was good. When i was there to collect the new pair, Ms Shirley herself was present and she said, please come back if it still doesnt fit. Eyes are important and its our business to make sure you get it right. SO... thank you Ms Taylor and Ms Shirley. All the best for the new year!!

Great place to shop for your glasses and get professional services. I noticed Shirley's eyesight test result is more accurate than the ones I got at some popular specs chains such as Own Days (my left and right eyes have always had different numbers for years, but they gave me the same numbers for both eyes, while Shirley got the closest numbers to the ones given by hospital specialists). Her frame quality is very high, durable and she gives good advice on frame style that suits my face well. Her glasses also seem to be of better quality than some that I shopped previously, highly resistant to scratches and easy to clean, giving crystal clear vision. The glasses also came with the trademark stamp for authenticity. I'm extremely happy with her blue light filter glasses and returned to get another pair after almost a year. At the same price with other shops or even slightly cheaper, Shirley really gives better quality glasses and very professional services. Highly recommended!

The boss and staff is very patient and always ready to answer our question on our vision. I personally buy city lens from there as it help me to reduce night glare especially during my driving. This is highly recommend by the boss. In terms of price i find it to be one of the cheapest.
