My shoulder and left pectoral were in bad shape. I couldn’t turn my head without pain. Abrupt movement would also cause me to wince. After the first session, I regained 100% mobility. Only a very limited angle would cause a tinge. After the second session, I am back to normal. Would highly recommend.

My shoulder was sore and in pain so I went to the clinic. The counter staff was very friendly. Dr Liu understood my issue and was able to diagnose it. He even told me the likely causes and how to prevent it from happening in the future. I am so thankful to my therapist, Soo Hock Chai, who conducted the tuina. Just from his experience he was able to reduce my pain and even pinpoint other issues that I had. I am feeling much better after the session. The staff are highly skilled and recommended! Thank you!

I was having a pain in my both arms. I was wondering it was due to carpal tunnel syndrome but after coming this clinic and consultation got to know that it was because of my shoulder and neck. I am taking a treatment here. Feeling better after my 1st treatment, can see improvement. My left arm is ok now, only have a little pain in right arm. Doctor is very good and staff is very friendly. My back/waist was sprained twice continuously after weeks and had left it untreated when my father was hospitalized & passed away. I have pain for about 2 mths before I went to Chien Chi Tow at Bendemeer. Besides my injury, I have incurred long-term strain. It is definitely showing improvement after each treatment by Dr Liu Yucheng (刘医师). In additional to the improvement, it was surprisingly that I always have an especially good sleep on that night after treatment. 刘医师 is extremely good, experienced, professional and possess kindness. Despite there are many patients, he is always still very patient and attentive. I am lucky to have 刘医师 for my treatments. It is also our blessing to have such nice physician in Singapore at Chien Chi Tow Bendemeer, at my district. Just want to highlight Dr Liu’s superior expertise in diagnosing and treatment of my two months long tinnitus issue (ringing sound in ears). After one treatment only, I can simply feel improvement in one ear, seems that the sound in the ear reduce. In addition, their reception customer service is excellent , very friendly and caring. Was having problems walking with my right leg. Limping and getting into a taxi hurts so much. Need to use my hands to carry my right leg in. Sitting down hurts n stretching my right leg hurts more. A uncle comfort taxi driver saw my difficulty n extreme pain recommended me to bendemeer rd branch. I have been to this branch 4 times within 2 weeks n am v happy i have no problems walking now. Auntie Chan is an excellent tui na expert. Her gentle hands n her calming soothing massage makes my day. Dr Lee is as excellent able to sense my pain n anxiety. He gave advice like using hot pack, putting a pillow under my legs etc.On my 3rd visit i could easily walk in without fear or pain. I came here to treat specific muscle pain and aches from exercises and regular Tuina for wellness. Tuina and accupucture are highly effective for muscle and myofacia issues. Stumbled upon madam partum during one of my desperate moments in getting a massage to relieve my aching back n legs. Gave this a try and I must say I'm super impressed! The staff at bendemeer are warm and friendly, they don't do any hard-selling. Special call out to 芳姐(Fang Jie). She is really the best - ever time I go to her with a specific problem and she's able to sort it out.. And she's really focused on helping you feel better.
