I have been to Liang Yi for several sessions and my therapist is by the name of Angel. She is a GEM! She genuinely wanted to help me with my concerns (chronic shoulder & neck pain) and would recommend the best treatment for me, and not wanting to hard sell me the products. I could reject if I didn't want it and she wouldn't push further. It's rare to find such therapist! Definitely would recommend Angel should any of you visit Liang Yi @ Seletar.

I am a diabetes patient, two years ago I had a blood infection and was admitted to the hospital for almost 3 months, that time I found my neck was infected and had cervical spondylopathy ,I was recommended to do surgery but as surgery in the neck was very risky, I refused. After I discharge, I look for a few Chinese medicine clinics and doctors, some doctors only helped improve or didn't work at all and is very expensive. One year ago my son advised to search Google for a clinic with good reviews and I found this clinic .Before I went I called to ask for treatment and price and Cannie answered the call,we communicated in Cantonese as my mandarin was not so good and she gave very detailed explanation, so I made an appointment. My first visit I met physician Zhou Cai Xia and after treatment I felt better. However she left the clinic. Another physician Liu Jie took her place but she also left. As it was the covid pandemic. Then I met physician Zhou Xiu Juan .They are all very good physicians, especially physician Zhou Xiu Juan .She is very knowledgeable, helpful and always seem busy with patients.Her acupuncture is very good, while initially the treatment was painful but effective, a few months of treatment and I do not feel pain in my neck anymore only felt a bit stiff when moving my head. Therapist Jenny also helped with my frozen shoulder. From the treatments I am able to recover to 80-90%,therefore I strongly recommend the treatment from physician Zhou Xiu Juan and Therapist Jenny .I would also like to recommend receptionist Julie for being very helpful and friendly to help me book the next visits ,Thank you very much the staff from Laing Yi!

Good treatments but my advice is to keep female masseuse for females. Do not use male masseuse for female customer even though they are clothed during the massage. It is just not appropriate and invites trouble. Think properly on whether you want to bear that risk.
