Great massage by Yuan Sea! Finally found my go to massage therapist. My tense and aching muscles are much relieved after her skillfully deep strokes. Appreciate the ease of booking appointments as well, the reception (Xiuli) is very responsive and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience when I came to Madam Partum. I first thought that it will be a traditional TCM place as there were no photos on google which lower my expectations. However, it turned 360 when I arrived! Everything was aesthetically pleasing, there was no heavy herb smell and is very clean. Most of the staff speak Chinese, friendly and helpful. (If I remember, one of the staff can speak really good English which helps for people who are bad in Chinese 😅😅 like me) The therapist is great! After doing 2 sessions with her, I can say that their standard is good. She will ask where are your sore aches and focus on it. She also knew where to press and found the spot without me telling. She will also ask if everything is ok and if is uncomfortable or too hard. It definitely a good experience for my first pre-partum massage. (For covid19 situation - Everything is clean, proper and also spaced out. Think they don’t let you share a room too which gives more privacy!)

To be honest initially I was quite sceptical about the service with so many influencers review and all. But I'm glad that I gave it a try, especially after my confinement nanny left, I was overwhelmed and tired. And became a regular since then, always looking forward to see Gao Fang my Therapist every two weeks. From my postpartum first month backache to postpartum two to third month mummy hand, she really can target and relief my pain! Really thankful for her. What I love the most is not only is she skillful, she will remember you and check in with you, but at the same time not super chatty type of therapist. Lastly, the receptionists kymberley n Wangmin is always very welcoming n helpful.

I signed up with Madam Partum for 5 sessions of home prenatal massage after a trial session at their JE outlet, they're really good. Their customer service officer - Fang Ning has been nothing short of being professional and replies promptly as well. I'm personally not a fan of soft light touches style of normal prenatal massage, only Madam Partum's team of masseuses are able to do it with the right amount of strength and hits all the right spots. In particular, I really enjoyed my sessions with Chang Min, and since my first session I've been requesting for her only. Chang Min is punctual, friendly, and saved me from terrible backaches twice so far. Really appreciate how comfortable I always feel after a session with her, highly recommended for you to give Madam Partum a try (and Chang Min! if you stay in the west area). I'm delivering soon, and am going to really miss my monthly prenatal massages with them.

Signed up for 7 sessions of post partum massage at my home. It was a breeze communicating with Mavis for the appointments and the delivery of the bed. I request for a therapist who uses more strength as I prefer my massages to be with more pressure. Mindy was assigned for all my 7 sessions and she was wonderful. She exerted the right amount of force to relieve the stress from my muscles, and her massage on my post partum tummy was so comfortable and soothing. She also helped clear my engorgement. She mentioned she finds joy in helping people relieves their pain and discomfort, and I can really feel it through her massages. All in all, highly recommended!

Highly recommend Jianing. I was attended by another therapist during my first visit to clear my blocked ducts but it did not help at all. In fact it worsened my situation. I decided to give Madam Partum a second chance and I was assigned Jianing. She has helped me a lot in clearing my blocked ducts and engorgement issues. Firstly, she is very skillful at pinpointing the aches and pain areas and she is good at breast massages that I don't have any blocked ducts. Secondly she is always very punctual. Thirdly she goes the extra mile to check if there are any other areas of aches or pain that might not cover under the post-partum massage. Whenever i need to book an appointment, i message Kimberlyn, the Customer Service Representative and she would assist me immediately. This is a huge relief not to have to make a call or visit the clinic for taking an appointment. I started prenatal massage at Katong outlet. My consultant Kymberley showed me around and was attentive to my questions. The therapists there were good and really help to ease my lower back ache and promote blood circulation. Definitely help in my sleep towards the 3rd trimester. I continued with the post natal massage home service package. I am grateful that Kymberley continue to follow up with me post delivery. May, my therapist, is really very experienced and good to help me on lactation massage. She really helped to relieve my engorgement pain, especially for my first few days post delivery. Visited Mdm Partum this afternoon as I had a case of engorgement. Lactation massage really help to ease my issue. Li Yan was extremely friendly. Initially I was afraid of pushy sales talk, but surprisingly, that wasn’t the case at Mdm Partum. Kymberley was really patient and efficient in helping me get a slot for my next few massages and sending the massage bed over to my house the very next day. Lastly, the environment is really comfortable and beautiful. Really a place to rest and relax for new mums like me. Thumbs up! Edited: I purchased a credit and it is definitely value for money! I had 6 home massages and I would specially like to mention my masseur, Iris Ai! Iris is a very friendly and kind lady who will give advices based on my needs and conditions. She is never pushy and won’t go into sales talks during massages. Most importantly, her massages are on point, and it really solves my issues of engorgement and body aches. I feel that my money was WELL-SPENT! I mean, you pay to solve your problems right? She did just that! Just slightly after 1 week, my breastmilk yield increased from 80ml to 150ml! And she helped me keep my engorgement problem at bay! I forgot to mention that Iris is very professional. She saw how I sat and at one glance, she know I have issues with hips and back pain. (Actually I noticed my right leg is shorter at that point of time) She did some adjustments for me, and tatah! My legs are longer 长短腿！she very kindly reminded me to keep my sitting posture etc. very knowledge. Definitely will go back to her for other body massages even when I quit breastfeeding! And also their foot massage and herbal foot bath service... 杨春华医师 (Physician Yang Chun Hua) is professional, friendly and caring and 推拿师 Mr. Loo (罗先生) is professional and friendly too which provided some tips on how to improve the stiffness... As for the foot massage, Uncle Eric is professional and friendly too... The herbal foot bath is great and comfortable too... The staffs in Chien Chi Tow Tanjong Katong outlet is friendly and makes you feel like home too... I would recommend this outlet to all of you!!! Keep up the good work! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

EDIT: Customer service has contacted me and advised that they are trying to improve on their e-wallet system and hopefully will be able to offer better customer oriented packages after this. Mediocre massages and very unsatisfactory customer service. The only star is for the very nice auntie who did the massage. My friends got me a $500 package after I had a stillbirth. After 2 sessions I had $130 credit left and I was told that to enjoy the package discount for the 3rd session, I had to top up $200 at least. It did not make sense to me why I had to top up $200 to use $180 which means it would be insufficient for another session, and even if I am ttc, it does not mean I will give birth in time to use the rest of my package for my next child. Stay away unless you are sure you can make full use of your package credits or if you wish to pay full price.

Signed up for the 90-mins 10+1 sessions prenatal massage package and decided to have my massages at the Tanjong Katong outlet, even though it wasn't the nearest outlet to my house but they had one of the better reviews online. I never once regretted my decision to make the longer trip and I must say the positive reviews for the outlet are well deserved. My therapist Jia Ning is caring and attentive. Not only would she have the bed and items prepared beforehand so I almost never have to wait, she would also make sure I am comfortable and ask if I'm feeling cold, especially when I get a bed that's near or directly below the aircon unit and adjust the temperature accordingly. Jia Ning's massage skills are also top notch, constantly checking with me on which areas are sore/need more attention and would effectively massage the knots out, and I would always feel a lot better after my sessions with her. Siew Li mans the reception on most days when I have an appointment. She never fail to call to remind and confirm my appointment the day before. I also noticed she would greet all her guests with a bright smile. Would definitely recommend the Tanjong Katong outlet to my friends (:

Beautifully decorated outlet. My masseuse, Jia Ning, delivers a strong massage which is what I like. Its great that in 1.5hrs I can massage my aching shoulders, lumps in my breasts and also slim my stomach. This outlet also has a nursing room which is great to pump after a lactation massage session.

Was there for prenatal massage and once i sprained my back during last month of pregnancy, was worried that i am not able to give birth naturally but went to them and they make me feel so much better and i was ok after a few days later!
