As usual, Physician Zhao is attentive and sensitive to the patient's needs. My usual friendly therapist Mina was on leave and Kelly took her place. Kelly was very amicable and made me feel at ease during the session (but my body probably needs more time to recover from her strong tuina hehe!)

Registration is fast & simple. Friendly team of reception at the front desk to explain the recommended treatment plans base on your needs. Packages are available within the outlet. Had my pain relief & cupping treatment done by Tony. Great therapist who has relieve and loosen every knot on my neck, shoulder & back.

My partner and I had some sports injury and wanted to do Tuina. Physician Zhao Qian was amazing and also I enjoyed the consultation. It was my first time doing acupuncture and she was very assuring. Additionally, Kelly helped me with tuina. She’s super friendly and funny and she helped me to massage areas which I was hurting.

Had a consultation with Dr Cui, who is very friendly and thorough to go through my situation and concern. Tony was my therapist who worked on my neck and back issue, super helpful in releasing some tension caused by bone alignment. Would definitely visit again

The tuina is so good! You can request for your own preferred pressure though I love my massage to be stronger and Tony is just the right guy. He also managed to spot the right area and give tips on how to improve on my daily lifestyle. Cupping is also awesome. I didn’t feel the heat and “pressure” compared to other places. Receptionist is nice and no hard selling. WhatsApp reply is also prompt and clear. 2nd Visit: Didn’t expect to see a Muslim therapist at the store. However, Alya exceed my expectations and my body felt very relaxed after the session. Strong but at the same time, comfortable and not painful. Do support her.

Regular from Paya Lebar branch for their osteopathy service with Rina. Now newly opened branch at Hillion which is nearer to home. As usual, they always have very friendly & helpful receptionist. Provided seamless communication via whatapps. Had few consultation sessions with Physician Zhao Qian, she’s very investigative, assuring and patient. Tried osteopathy service with Tony once. He seems professional & dedicated in his expertise. Will continue to patronise and switch over to this branch for good.
