From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with tea, which set a comforting tone. Physician Lee attended to me with exceptional care. She was very attentive, warm, and thorough in her explanations, especially as this was my first acupuncture session. She took the time to explain each step of the process, making me feel at ease throughout. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Yi TCM.

I have been visiting Yi TCM 2 year before my pregnancy. The physicians Dr Chua and Dr Lee has taken great care to nourish my mum’s and my body to great condition. The follow ups from visit to visit is detailed and the acupuncture experience (I am afraid of needles!) have been as painless as possible according to my needs. My sleep has improved a lot, and also with my weak constitution improving to be able to conceive. Recommended for anyone seeking for a reliable and efficient TCM experience :)

Been seeing Physician Peh for a few months to 'adjust' and prepare my body and the experience has been really pleasant so far. Phy Peh always takes time to explain and answer our queries on body constitutions and conditions patiently, and I appreciate that there is a customised plan so we can have a direction on what to do next, etc. The front desk ladies are very nice, gentle and professional too! My father had a bad bilateral brain stroke in March, it resulted in 80% loss of eyesight, movements, he had to be dependent on someone to look after him and had to be wheelchair bound to avoid accidents from happening, his memory was also affected. When doctor at the hospital told me that there is no hope for my father’s eyesight, I was devastated as he usually doesn’t have any hobbies but to navigate his iPad and phone to watch shows and listen to music. People encouraged me to bring him for acupuncture and said that the 1st 6 months post stroke is the golden period for recovery. I brought him to a few recommended old Brands but was always faced with attitude issues where I cannot even ask questions. After every session my father was suffering from very bad insomnia and whole body was warm but I can’t even ask why this is happening. When I was recommended Dr Peh Tian Ci, everything changed. Dr Peh was very patient with me, takes time to answer my queries and taught my father minor exercises that can help improve his recovery. My father didn’t suffer any insomnia or hot body after seeing her. She definitely is skilled and knowledgeable in this area. Now 6 months after Dr Peh’s treatment, my father’s eyesight has improved, it can’t be to the stage where it was pre-stroke but at least he is mobile now and is able to look after himself, able to operate his mobile phone and iPad independently. Our family is truly grateful to Dr Peh for her patience and treatment to my father.
