I just ate here for a quick lunch with the few dishes left for sale. Their curry cabbage and curry chicken were already sold out in the early afternoon. I'll be back to try their signature dishes.

While this stall may appear unassuming, the curry rice here is my favourite. The onion omelette, fried egg, luncheon meat, soft cabbage, braised pork belly and tau pok, with curry sauce covering perfectly cooked fragrant rice is so flavourful. It is also so nostalgic and brings back fond memories of what I would eat early in the morning in school in the eighties.

Came to Geylang East Hawker centre with the intention to try a particular stall but unfortunately, they were not operating. Walked around the Hawker centre a few rounds before deciding on this stall that sells curry rice. Their stall is facing the road and a few stalls away from the tanjung rhu wanton noodle stall. There was a short queue when I was there but it moved pretty fast. Ordered 3 dishes, fried chicken cutlet, egg and the braised cabbage. Paid SGD3.10 for my meal. Food was cheap considering how inflation is these day. Chicken cutlet was crispy and well seasoned. I was there pretty late. the selection of dishes is quite limited. Overall food was not bad and would recommend. I would definitely eat again if I happen to be here again
