In the middle of an eclectic neighborhood Kampung Glam, lies a gem of a place for local arts and artists. The home of many local companies that engages and promotes arts in Singapore, such a New Opera Singapore. The multi purpose hall (nicknamed black box) is a very suitable venue for small art groups to hold performances.

Love the new location, and the food is as wonderful as ever.. tried the duck confit for the first time.. 😋😋 World's best Carrot Cake, but my favourites: Bette Midler and the Blueberry Yoghurt!! *Highly recommend this place folks*👍👍👍

I think the management for the place has changed? it was much more crowded as compared to what we face 3 years ago. although the place is pretty much the same . but I reckon it will be better for the kids starter kit to be free if kids mail is ordered

Art, culture and more artsy culture. In possibly one of the coolest areas in Singapore, you'll find plenty to see. Art events and gigs are held here. You'll see all the different people from different walks of life. All and all, a super cool place to chill

There was an area where Google told me to turn left, but what the heck, the road is blocked off by bushes and there is NO road leading to the opposite side. The traffic light to cross and turn left was further up front, but google kept telling me to head back south west.

Aliwal Arts Center is a multidisciplinary arts center that prioritizes performing arts. So for Kaskusers who like various things about culture, make sure to visit this place. This place has various facilities for rent, including a multi-purpose room, music studio, storage room, co-work space. The space and facilities have an old-school feel, and are in a cultural district that provides the perfect setting for inspiration and creative work. To be able to have a more memorable experience, it might be a good idea for you to pay attention to the series of events to find out the times of performances and shows presented by local and regional artists. If you want to stop by here, you can use the MRT and get off at Nicoll Highway MRT. From exit A of the station, you can reach the location by walking for about 6 minutes.
