My experience at Bike Control was absolutely fantastic! Alan, the head coach, provided exceptional mountain biking lessons. His ability to break down the techniques of balancing, using brakes, and shifting weight was outstanding. What set Alan apart was his knack for explaining complex concepts in simple terms, making it easy for beginners like myself to understand. The added bonus of recording our sessions allowed for valuable analysis and improvement of our body posture. During my first lesson, Alan ensured my bike was properly fitted for optimal comfort and performance. He also cut my handlebar to the perfect width, free of charge. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile were truly impressive. On top of the superb coaching, the bike shop service at Bike Control was exemplary. I entrusted him with removing my dropper and reinstalling my original seat post. Alan went above and beyond by not only completing the job flawlessly but also surprising me with a complimentary cleaning of my dirty bike frame. It was a thoughtful gesture that truly showcased his dedication to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Bike Control for their expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding service. Alan's passion for teaching and his commitment to going the extra mile made my experience truly memorable. My son has been with Coach Alan for his mountain bike journey for a year now. As we are not mountain bikers ourselves, we were initially very concern about the safety of this sport and especially so for a 6 year old boy. Coach Alan sends us pictures and videos of my son riding as much as he can. He would brief us on what they did and where they went. He is very particular about safety and will always ensure that the necessary checks on the bike is done and all protective gears are in place before heading off. Through this, we understand that mountain biking, when done correctly and with the right guidance, can be very safe. My son is not the easiest person to coach and Coach Alan is very patient and has his way with the kids.The progress we see is impressive. Very experienced, very skillful and very willing to share. Best coach ever!

I have some issues with my rear derailleur and contacted bike control. The owner waited for me even though today is not their operating day. Knowledgeable on the issues of my RD and my bike speed off again. Highly recommended for all the MTB riders.🚴🚴🚴💪💪💪🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍🏆🏆🏆

I learned mountain biking by myself through riding with fellow riders and videos from YouTube, it seems ok at first. But only after I started my training with Bike Control then I realised a lot of fundamental errors and bad habits I had. Alan the coach is very patient with me with detailed demonstration and explanation to guide me to be a better rider. The more I learn the better rider I can be which boost my confidence in tackling different kind of obstacles and enjoy riding more and more. Bike Control is coaching with passion in MTB and fellow riders in mind. I’m giving them a 5 stars!
