Held a 100pax birthday party for my son over the weekend. The only birthday package in this outlet is to book the whole venue, max capacity 100pax (kids+adults). 3hrs session. A reasonable size/venue for such party. The team had been a great help and all the staffs were amazing. We had mascot appearances, cake cutting session, magic show, candy floss station, goodie bags for all the kids and 3 hrs of bouncy castles! We had a great time and the guests were all very happy with the event. Thank you to Bouncetopia CCK Safra team!

Amazing experience and definitely a place for us to go to. Wondering how to tire the kids physically in a safe and fun environment? Search no more. This is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Space and number of activities is enough to keep 2 energetic boys entertained for 2 hours (and still ask for more). There's also friendly staff (shoutout to Max Tum!) who are on duty to ensure children's safety.

Conducive environment for kids and it is definitely safe for the the kids as the obstacles are inflated and even the flooring is padded. There is also space for adults to just sit while waiting for the kids to finish having fun!

Really fun experience for the kids. Place is clean and well kept. The 3 bouncy castles are great as well and after a while kids will just settle on their favourite and stay there. Only downside is no locker to put bags and drinks are expensive. Other than that all is good, we had fun!

My kids love this location though compact, it is less crowded. 3 different inflatable obstacle course for them to run through. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Ample seats available at waiting area and have a number of snacks being sold. Entry fee could be waived for adults though.

My kids always ask to visit Bouncetopia for endless bouncing fun. Great space for an afternoon to tire the kids out with snacks and toys on sale too. Kids love the space to jump and area is well maintained with friendly staff.

Date and time of visit: 15/05/2024, 1240hrs 2 kids - 3 and 2 year old & 1 adult. We were greeted warmly by a friendly staff - I did not get her name. She was efficient and always smiling. An excellent customer service. She cleaned and wiped the table immediately after it being used. Keeping the place clean and hygienic. The play area was fun for children. Great for motor skills. Overall experiencewas GREAT!

Brought the kiddos to Bouncetopia at CCK during the CNY… the kids had a ball of a time… and me to (I’m a 4G dragon btw)!!! Bouncetopia is perfect for kids and even adults who want to re-live their childhood days! Would really recommend. Also perfect for adults who want their “me time”. The crew here were awesome and extremely helpful.. a big shout out to Anggun! 😃
