S. Y.Recently i hv started joining for Lunchtime n evening meditation sessions @Peacehall, Rehau.
The place is so pleasant, the moment I go n sit there, I hv started experiencing immense amounts of peace.
I am truly enjoying the experience of inner silence n deep connection with the Supreme effortlessly. I will definitely keep going for these sessions as much as possible.
w. c.Om Shanti 🙏🧘. The meditation room was adorned with soft colours. The ambiance conducive to introspection and relaxation. Good to quiet the mind and find stillness within. Nice soft music and wisdom quotes to refresh the mind 🧘
Suggestion ;
off all the meditation room lights .Music music duration to short! it help calming and destress for mental wellness . OS 🙏
