The stall is now at the new Sengkang Hawker Centre. It is one of the stalls that has no queue. Had the sting ray and clams briyani. The sauce for the class were tasty but it was extremely salty. The sting ray was very thin and small and had hardly any meat. The rice is not as fragrant as before. Not sure whether they changed the spices. Today, I would rate this dish 2 stars. ####### One of the better briyani in Singapore and surprisingly run by 2 young Chinese boys. The sambal sting ray for the briyani is very fresh and flavourful. The sambal is not too spicy. The grill chicken is super tender and just come off the bones. The taste is also very good. The briyani rice is cooked perfectly but the taste can be better. The ladies finger is very soft and nice. The curry gravy that accompanies the dishes is a little diluted but taste wise, it is OK. Service is quick and efficient. Total cost -$14.50 which is quite reasonable for the type of food and the quantity. Will definitely come back to try other dishes.

Briyani is nice, up to standard. The okra also good. Just wasted they don't have mutton otherwise is perfect. I didn't try seafood though, was lunch time n the place very hot n crowded, difficult find seats

Interesting concept of briyani with grilled seafood. Tried lala and bbq stingray briyani. It was good, one lala was still closed and wasn't cooked and the stingray was small though but for the price was ok. The queue was long and a bit slow. I saw about 8 people in front of me and took me more than 30 minutes for my order.

Very sad that moved from Pasir Ris to Sengkang, but at least it is still around! really love and enjoy the food! Exceed expectations! Chilli is fantastic! Service was great as well. Going to frequent often from now on.

We had passed by yesterday after eating at the wonton noodles stall nearby, and decided to come here for lunch as there were nice smells wafting from the stall. And we were not disappointed. The chicken dum briyani was full of flavour, and the chicken was tender and cooked well. The papadam was also crispy and fresh, and the egg and lady fingers were tasty. We also had the cuttlefish and prawn briyani. The cuttlefish was soft and tender but could have been slightly spicier. The three prawns were fresh and we loved the sambal they were cooked in. The rice was a small portion and could have been better spiced, but it did pair well with the curry and sambal provided. It would also have been nice to have a bit of achar but that might add to the price of the dishes, which are reasonable. We will be back soon to try the other dishes.

Absolutely delicious chicken briyani. Not your typical briyani here because they serve stuff like seafood on top of briyani?? but still lip smackingly good. Great value for money and good variety of dishes as well.

The basmati rice is flavourful. Not oily . I even chewed on one cardamon.. this means they are using the real stuff. I had the stingray and lala .. I'm pleasantly surprised that the food is good !

My bad, food was so good that I finished the food before any photography. I think the Dum Briyani is more authentic then other Indian stalls. Chicken was so tender that the bones just fell off from the meat. Curry for the chicken has a little Nyonya kick in it. But the Curry for the rice was thin, so that the whole set won't be too heavy. My set came with some greens - Ladies Fingers so that I will feel less guilty.

Love their stingray lala set. Yumz. My 2nd time trying, taste super yummy and portion still same. Today we tried their stir fry sambal ladies fingers - also very delicious. Will be back for more! Hehehe... 🤤

Portions are good and prices are reasonable. Had the chicken set and it came with a big thigh. I would prefer drier rice but its a good meal nevertheless.

He is giving a great taste and the amazing part is that a Chinese ownee/chef himself is cooking and giving Indian taste to the biryani rice.... Even the sea food BBQ is awesome too
